This is my 1-year body transformation! (2020-2021) It
was definitely a challenging year with lots of ups and
downs, stress, injuries, failures, and achievements.
Remember that difficult roads lead to beautiful
destinations. Your body and health is the most
valuable investment!
Don't overthink.
Start TODAY!

Interested in why it being natty or roids matters. You can't just take roids and magically wake up jacked like you were bit by a radioactive spider. It still takes insane dedication to your diet and hours in the gym. The roids just assist in the growth and healing process so you can push yourself beyond normal limits. Used roids before both my deployments and the guys that killed themselves in the gym got the results. I personally was putting in about 4+ hours a day and dieting like crazy. The guys that just sat in the barracks eating pizza were flabby and out of shape despite taking the same stuff. Hard work and dedication is what gets you there. There are no magic pills to achieve easy results.

@@randalripley8381 You answered your own question; natty is unassisted and is therefore more impressive than those who achieve results by way of introducing chemical assistance to their regimen

❗️It’s NOT a 1 year SKILLS transformation! It’s 1 year BODY transformation‼️I started working out in 2015, but in 2019 I stopped for 10 months due to exchange program.. When I came back in 2020, I lost my strength and gained 8kg of fat (this is how I looked in the first few clips of this video) Muscle memory and general training experience helped a lot to recover my skills and get back my strength faster. Pay attention to the name and description of the video before spreading negativity!☝🏻 Much love, - Edvin❤️‍🔥

@davebrewer120
@davebrewer120 2 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, natural bodies aren't as marketable. It's sad, really. Workouts and diet should be about health, not aesthetics. The looks should be a bonus. However, most of us just want to look great, so it's easy to con us into workout/diet plans with unsustainable 8 - 10% bodyfat, enhanced models. If it didn't work, they wouldn't do it so much.
@Brett.D
@Brett.D 2 жыл бұрын
These companies sponsor and push instant gratification - what if the world realised that the equipment these companies peddle actually makes little to no difference to performance and fitness goals? Rather let the 300 pound couch potato spend $2000 to buy equipment and feel he has done something - convenience and instant gratification will be the end of this society very soon - this real world transformation motivates me and you, but not many others...
@davebrewer120

@@Brett.D it is what it is brother. I've been lifting for years, and have mastered dieting to gain muscle in the winter and burn fat in the spring. When my son was about 11 years old he entered a Jaycee Relay Race. He’d never ran track before and didn’t know everybody wore shorts. He came in jeans, to everyone’s amusement. He ran the last leg for his team - and came away the fastest runner of the day, and made up considerable distance to win. This video made me think of that day. How I wish I had been able to see it, instead of only hear and read about it. I was a single mom and had to work. My son was an amazing athlete. ❤️

Inspiring transformation! Although I prefer lifting, calisthenics is a great way to build muscle and athleticism. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan from Next Level Diet. Good diet is a game changer!

I always loved Calisthenics more than bodybuilding i enjoy controlling my body way more than lifting more and more weight. For me that's really boding. If you do Calisthenics you will probably be a better hiker too especially if you run as well. I really wanna get back to calisthenics. So after all it only matters if you keep doing it and don't stop like me. 😅
