@@techsupport1294 honestly hard work beats diet. I’ve lost 30 pounds a few different times in my life. Just be smart, don’t eat dumb shit and workout as hard as you can. You’ll be a beast I promise. You might be at a point where it’s hard to believe you can transform but trust me you will. At the beginning of this year I looked like shit and I ain’t swole like this dude yet but I’m way more slim 30 pounds down and I lift way more too. I’m 24 went from 185 to 147. Keep grinding. The first couple weeks hon b hard but it’s light work after that. Throw in protein and shit too if u wanna speed it up. Thing is do heavy weights only in the gym especially if you’re overweight so that your muscles will start overcompensating for the fat. 4 days in the gym with 2 days lower body and 2 days upper body. The other 3 days go for a mile run and do calisthenics. No days off, but take off one cardio day if you got to. Thank me later. 😉

As someone who was in awesome shape in high school I played football baseball and ran track. After high school I got addicted to opiates after breaking my hand which led me to a almost 8 year heroin addiction. It physically made me week because all I cared about was getting high. I made every excuse at the beginning of my sobriety to not go and workout to feel strong again I hated that I felt so weak. After six months I finally started to go with a buddy and it really changed the confidence I had in myself. It made me be what I wanted to be. Don’t make excuses just go make yourself better. Doesn’t even have to be the gym apply that to everything in life. As corny as it sounds it’s still true.
