Here I am at 68, been working on my feet all my life and now down to 4 hours a day and working on line 4 hours. I can't belive how stiff I am. So grateful for this. Perhaps I will look for the 50th high school reunion in August.

Hello there! It's great to hear from someone who has been working hard their whole life and is now finding a balance between physical and online work. I can imagine that it must be tough to adjust to a new routine, especially with the stiffness that comes with age. But it's wonderful that you're grateful for the opportunity to work online and take care of your body at the same time. It's never too late to prioritize self-care and I'm sure it will make a big difference in your overall well-being. And how exciting that you're considering attending your 50th high school reunion in August! It's always nice to reconnect with old friends and see how far everyone has come. I wish you all the best in both your work

@@workout-guru Thank you. Now after 2 months since a cancerous growth was remove from the back of my right hand, I only recently have been seeing how the stiff joints react to movement. One step at a time.

Great job on pushing through and not giving up! It's always tough when we have to take breaks during a workout, but it's important to listen to our bodies and take breaks when needed. Keep up the determination and I'm sure you'll see amazing results!

At the end of the workout routine, it has a recommended plan. Are these rounds supposed to be done one after the other or at different times during the day?
@workout-guru7 ай бұрын
Hi there! Thank you for your question. The recommended plan at the end of the workout routine is meant to be completed in one session, with the rounds being done one after the other without any breaks in between. It is important to give your body enough time to rest and recover before doing another round or workout. However, if you are a beginner or feel that the recommended plan is too intense for you, it is completely okay to break it up and do each round at different times during the day. The most important thing is to listen to your body and do what feels comfortable for you. Keep up the great work!
