#12 side jump twist. By the time I got to this one, I was spent.😊 I improvised. Basically, it's the same without the jumping. The movement I did was like groomed slope* downhill skiing. After all, ski season is here.😊. Now that I think about it, a warmup stretch routine for snow skiing sounds like a good idea!😊 *There are mogul slopes that are more intense requiring a squat, jump, hip, foot twist like motion, which would be a good warm up too.Skiers know what I mean.

That sounds like a great idea! I'm definitely going to give this a try. I think the stretching routine will help with warming up before skiing and will keep me from getting too tired while out on the slopes. Thanks for the suggestion!

ALL EXERCISES ARE EXCELLENT! BUT WHY DO YOU WRITE THAT THEY ARE FOR MEN? I FIND THEM EASY EVEN FOR WOMEN.

Thanks for your comment! I'm glad you find the exercises easy. The reason I write they're for men is because the exercises are geared towards the average male body, which is typically stronger than an average female body. That said, these exercises can be easily adapted for any gender.
