Yeah, Luthor being a Space Marine/Astartes at all is a minor plot hole, since in the Dark Angels HH novels Descent of Angels & The Fallen he's explicitly stated to have been to old & not given geneseed, forced to rely on " Other Enhancements."

Only the greatest Warhammer animation ever: Death of Hope. It was sadly discontinued because the creator couldn’t take criticism and a few pathetic trolls got to him and made him stop working on it. Could’ve been legendary. Truly sad
