My 10 daily habits 1. Read 50 pages a day 2. Wake up before 6:00 3. Study 4h a day 4. Skin care day and night 5. No phone for the first 30 min after I wake up 6, workout 4x a week 7. Journaling 8. Sleep at least 7:30h a day 9. Praying 10. One healthy meal a day (being intentional about my meals)

I'm halfway through the day and when I asked myself "How do I wanna be nourished today?" my inner voice immediately said "I want rest", while I have been working hard today, focusing on the tasks at hand. agreeing so much with the coconut water. a pharmacist once told me that coconut water is high in electrolytes and to drink that instead of Gatorade or other sugary sports drinks when I'm sick or after a shot
