10 Daily Hip Exercises for Speed: I was asked to make a daily hip exercise routine to help improve hamstrings and hip flexors to improve speed. These are all exercises you can do daily that will help build strength and range of motion in your hips in general. Probably could if you are a running qb, I’m not Morey so I don’t know but prob could, I’m a pure pocket guy and am not really fast so it depends on your play style and your offense

Depends on your body but I would say you can do them at least 5 times a week, if not more.

I wonder somertimes that 100 m is solely for genetic beasts. Can an average athlete beat genetic beasts with training?
