1 walnuts 2. Plain yogurt 3 lentils dosa 4.healthy paneer toast 5.protien rich meal ( khichadi, rajma rice etc) 6. Sprouts 7. Homemade protien shakes 8. Paneer mushrooms and peanuts as eve snacks 9. Have some seeds ( sunflower and pumpkin seeds also can add chia seeds etc 10. Vegetables soups and salads Give me a thumbs up for saving your time. I am a healthyfime subscriber since last year and getting good results ... plan will going to end this oct and I love the transformation in me

Is the saathu maavu shake a good replacement for plant protein supplement. We make this mix at home using all lentils and ragi flour with some dry fruits as well.

I think peanut chikki can be a good alternative to roasted peanuts. Because it’s muh easily available, and less effort.

Hey Raju! Whey protein supplements are made of milk. Whey is the liquid byproduct that remains after milk is curdled and strained ( eg - when making cheese or paneer). So, that makes up over 90% of whey protein powder. So, it is absolutely safe to consume it as per recommended serving size mentioned on the product.

Gayatri focus on lifestyle modification. Workouts, eating at home, protein split through the day with every meal, sufficient sleep, good hydration all equally important. Skipping rice & wheat is just not sufficient. Eat your fruits, keep meals simple

Hi aruna, very well explained. I hv a doubt sometimes we take legumes as snacks without rice. So will it become a incomplete protein source or will the body make it a complete source at the end of d day with rice we eat in lunch or dinner.
