If u are a non vegetarian then it’s simple but if u are a vegetarian u have plenty of items to eat. Simple tip - add pulses, lentils and greens in ur diet, also consume dairy products on a daily basis, milk curd chaaaach, lassi etc. do not run behind protein instead add all the amino acids in ur diet and u will have a complete meal.

1. Do not drink calories, fruit and vegetables drinks start eating 2. Don't eat in big plates use small plates. 3. Eat slowly, fast eater eat more signal comes after 20th min 4. Serve a qtr of your plate 5. Protein add some 6. Read food labels before eating tin food avoid oily and sugary foods etc 7. Maint a food diary 8. Take half food what you required split food or share with 9. To limit calories consumption foods cut down dressing 10. Reduce fat food but add nuts 11. Eat smaller portion of main foods 12. Get enough sleeps to avoid oily and sugary foods.

Hey, I am on my weight loss journey. I weight is around 55kgs, in the age of 22. My height is 5'2. My area of fat is belly, thighs, bust and back. Also, I can see I have a little double chin. I am working out and having a healthy diet. I just want to know, can I eat peanut butter and brown bread as a snack in the evening or in breakfast ? Is peanut butter beneficial in a weight loss process ?

Hi Shakshi! 15gms of peanut butter is about 100 calories which means that a little amount is really high in calories. If you are not mindful about your quantity, you may end up underestimating the extra 200-300 calories. :) We have a lot of low caloric and whole food options available on our channel and in-app blogs.
