Girl, I've lost 16 kg thanks to you since January 2018!!! I was obese and now I'm just overweight (I want to lose 15 kg more)! Thank you so SO much!!! Love from France
@ZahraNo56 жыл бұрын
Thank you! 😃 Well, I started to eat healthy following Liezl Jayne videos (overnight oatmeal for breakfast ; simple lunch ; 1 "healthy 200 kcal snack" if needed ; simple dinner). Between the 3 meals, I drink only water (trying to drink 8 glasses but always failing haha) and coffee (1-3 per day) ; and when I was hungry (which was the case at the beginning), I was drinking a big glass of "black tea forest fruit" (without sugar). So I was eating 1200-1400 kcal per day. But I allowed myself 1 cheat-meal (not a cheat-day) every week or every other week 🙂 sometimes I incorporated the cheat-meal into my kcal/day (meaning I was eating only 1 meal this day), but since it was still a fatty meal (no matter the kcal), I was counting it as a cheat-meal. It's basically intermittent fasting. Then I started to take always the stairs (I live in the 4th floor), to walk at least 8 000 steps/day (I was already playing volleyball 2-3 times a week even when I was obese). But I guess when you have a lot of weight to lose, it's waaay easier than losing 5 kg, because the last kg are slower to lose. How much do you want/need to lose? Personally, I try not to be too hurried to lose weight 🙂 but sometimes it's really frustrating haha

For the first one, any protien powder. Almond butter has a milder flavor but peanut butter works just as well. Cocoa powder has to be used. You can use honey instead of maple syrup or make simple syrup with just sugar and water.
@charlieraven63425 жыл бұрын
"The expensive stuff is what makes it healthy" lol nah son, you just gotta be smart about it. Peanut butter if you can have nuts, use normal cane sugar (just add more cal which is that much anyway) or use honey, veggie oil is better for you then coconut oil and cheaper, oat flour has loads of protein and will help bind - you can make your own with normal rolled oats. Look for whey protein if youre not vegan (is 2 x cheaper) animal milk/soy milk is 2x cheaper then almond as well. Expensive ideas like thia doesnt make it more healthy- just not accessible to poor people - who tend to be fatter and who get all y'alls b.s. cuz we can't afford to eat actual healthy food cuz of weird fitness culture lol
@Val-ww5ok5 жыл бұрын
t raven Peanut Butter has lots of fatty unhealthy oils hence the reason health gurus tend to use Almond Butter its doesn’t include fatty oils so its more healthy. Oh and animals milk isn’t really good for you and its a pretty big allergy and Idk much about soy milk cause I’m allergic to it also so buying Almond milk isn’t THAT bad its just more money thats all nothing crazy in my opinion. I think everyone owns coconut oil so that should never be a problem.

Nicole loves KZbin Sugar is sugar, and should be avoided and/or used sparingly, but generally, options like maple syrup, coconut sugar, honey, agave, etc are a better alternative health-wise to normal sugar. Avoiding sugar altogether is hard and unrealistic for some, so it's a great route to go if you like incorporating some sweetness into your diet/lifestyle in moderation ☺️ At least, that's my understanding of it! 👍

So delicious looking! I can’t wait to try. Can you do a video on infused waters for spring/summer? I only try what I think is good...But you seem so adventurous and you create such great tasting recipes. Have a wonderful day/evening. ❤️

You can use powdered nut butters, and I haven’t tried it myself but I heard oat flour/slightly ground up oats MIGHT work
