One mistake I made for years is drinking iced drinks while eating, and drinking too much liquid. I've read that too much liquid during a meal can dilute stomach acids and hinder digestion. And, the coldness of the beverage can chill digestive organs interfering with digestion...I only drink a little water when eating,seems to help.

Do fasting with only one glass of water if it is not to hot weather. Do this fasting for 36 or 40 hours. You will see the instant healing. Do this one time each month if needed.

As someone who has IBS and IBD, I have to be cautious on what I eat (I cannot eat raw vegetables and high fibre foods to name just a couple but there are several). Regarding gas, I have a method that usually works wonders and I barely get bloating as a result (and I’m going to be very unpopular for mentioning it): it’s called burping/farting. Just getting the gas out of your body somehow will usually do wonders although, if you wanna be polite, pineapples work wonders too or, if you know your triggers, don’t consume them (I have to do this for foods that make me hyperactive and trigger my illnesses). I only really get bloating if my IBS and IBD are misbehaving but expelling the gas usually works for me. The only thing that may get ruined with this method is probably your cool factor (you may be called rude or antisocial) but you are better expelling the gas, otherwise you may end up experiencing the same thing as a hydrogen balloon in a microwave.

Lori Smith I agree with you. It can be so painful and miserable. I have my problem at night. I don't have a relief until 5 a.m. The whole night I can't sleep. During the day I am very tired from suffering the night before. You aren't alone.

Jess Barnett Drink warm water at night, that's what he told me. If I am nauseous everything that I've eaten earlier comes up. I have two types of prescribed medication. Pepcid(famotidine)1 tablet twice a day 40mg and Bentyl(Dicyclomine) 10 mg 3 times a day. I'm so tired of taking medication. Smh. My Dad died from Colon Cancer in 1997. Now my brother and I have to worry about our health.

5:20 Never ever drink any type of water or juice right after a meal. You have to wait for at least 1 hr for drinking water.

Put fennel seeds to infuse in boiling water, like making tea. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon is plenty. It's delicious and acts almost immediately when you start to sip it. My sister, a doctor, tried to find out why. She found nothing written, but using this herself she has reasoned that some substance in fennel seeds suppresses spasms, which are often what causes pain.

They also saw too much fruit sugar can cause bloating. One day I ate like 4 apples in one afternoon and woke up at 4 am and couldn't sleep because of gas that wouldnt come out .

I have gastritis, which is an inflammation of the stomach lining I know because I went to the emergency room. It is completely normal to go to the emergency room, since most of the 12,000 in a million people that had gastritis went to the emergency room. it had been going on for a week but it was a weekend on the day my mum was going to take me to the doctor it happened during the month of Ramadan and so I didn't fast for all the days I woke up with abdominal pain. I had bloating even when I didn't eat at all. I usually wake up with abdominal pain but sometimes when I eat it feels better. Or other times i can't eat my plate or i don't eat at all. I have h pylori. But now i probably have gastritis cause its been years since ive tried to treat it. Im pregnant now so now it just really really sucks.

Hello Catsy cat, how are you doing now? Same problem and symptoms as you. Doctor gave me omeprazole 40mg but made it worst . Never experienced heartburn and this medication gave it to me 😞

One way is to stop eating carbs - then you don't feed the bacteria that cause bloating and food shooting into the esophagus.And don't forget digestive enzymes and even bile salts if you are low in bile.

Actually, the best way for dealing with bloating is drinking water. It does not very seem special, but only that solves a lot of medical issues and saves a lot of money in long term:)

This particular Yog form is not ApanAsana This is Apana Asana here Apana means The Air which is blowing in Guhya Chakra Asana means Poses. Why all foreigners called Yoga instead of Yog, Yog is right word. Love from India, product to be an indian and part of Sanatan Dharma.

But if you have a Indian mother you can't escape from onions honestly I'm assisted to onions and thank you for mentioning or I would have stopped eating food with fried onions. I ate it for lunch and got boosted after only a few minutes, in fact I ate do much of it😭😭

I made a bloating serum at home my grandma made it and i drank some and went to sleep a lil bit u will not believe me it WORKED!! i had a lot of gas in my belly and i farted a lot and went to the docter to consult he said that i do not have gas but i will have bloating and boom... Ingredients.. Sugar,Salt,A glass full of water mix them all and drink
