This is wonderful! Can you do a video on stretching the Psoas Muscle?

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. We don’t try to stretch isolated muscles, because in our experience the body doesn’t work like that. “Psoas” is just a word somebody made up, but the body works as a unity, like one interconnected muscle. Instead of trying to stretch an isolated muscle, we recommend strengthening the whole body while working on harmonious body coordination and relaxation. We teach very potent, effective methods for general body preparation to our clients. We also recommend learning classical Hatha yoga, which can really help with tightness in the body. 🙏🏽
