What if you can’t do this, what does it mean? Like I have bow legs and I start moving right away

I have slight bow legs too. That’s not a problem. This balancing task is about your ability to distribute your bodyweight properly on one foot, an essential ability for any type of movement considering we are bipedal and the majority of athletic movements are unilateral. Work at it and over time you will improve. Here is a tip: the secret to effortlessness in this is the amount of access you have to your hip.
