Your videos have helped me so much. I love that you are not strict and are real. I have been able to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I have not been able to do that in years. My one food I have weekly is stuffed mushrooms with sriracha sauce. I love them!

I take the mission chipotle flavored zero carb tortillas, cut them in quarters, toss them with a little evoo and seasoning and air fry them for chips. They make great nachos!

I had such great success on keto a few years ago. I was 60 lb overweight. I was a strict macro counter and lost 47 lbs. I also felt fantastic! After about 6 months, I just let it slip away. I have a trip to Maui coming on March 17th, so on Jan 1st, I turned to keto. Well... my scales are broken, and I thought "Hey great idea! I won't be focused on just the weight loss." It's been 28 days, and I haven't lost 1 pound! I'm freaking out. Too many keto treats maybe? Need to count those carbs! I bought some scales. I only have a month and a half til my vacation. I will be devastated if I can't drop at least some of this weight. I might try intermittent fasting. Should I be counting calories?

The keto treats will sabotage us every time! Watch my video about sugar alcohols I just posted to get you motivated. Stick to clean eating as best you can and the weight will start to drop. I had the same experience and had to cut back on wraps and treats. Also beware of eating too many saturated fats (like cheap cheeses), focus on good fats. You dont have to count calories. Make protein your priority. And yes! intermittent fasting combined with fasting is a great tool.

A great KZbin video on it you might want to try pickling your red onion and make sure you soak them in hot water before you pickle them and have them in the fridge because I can't tolerate it either but I can tolerate it like that and it is absolutely wonderful everybody in my family loves them literally they can eat them right out of the jar and it just takes vinegar and water really

Costco has the same brand noodles but edamame spaghetti noodles and only 7 net carbs for 2oz!! They taste great too!! I have to find the black bean ones now!!

Thursdays video has my easy lemon vinaigrette in it! But it's super simple I usually do the juice of a lemon and then drizzle in olive oil until it tastes good to me. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

The only thing that’s holding me back from trying element powder is the sodium I think the sodium is kinda high in my opinion and try to avoid that as much as possible. :/ How much protein is in the HBU !? Fruits are carbs !? I didn’t know that!! So do you ever eat anything that is a healthy carb but it’s not a fruit in your diet !? Do you avoid stevia as well besides sugar alcohols!? Do you just eat whatever you feel like eating such as for protein, veggies, fruits, carbs, healthy fats and dressings or do you have like a certain portion per each food group and how much you should eat in a day !? What do you do !?

The sodium amount is actually necessary. Here's a great article from the LMNT website: science.drinklmnt.com/electrolytes/does-salt-help-with-hydration/ There's about 10g of protein per BHU bar. Some have more, some have less. Most fruits are high carb. Low glycemic fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are the lowest in carbs. I stay away from most carbs because I am extremely carb sensitive. I love Stevia! Almost all other sugar alcohols I have cut out. I stick to 25g-35g net carbs per day and eat all the foods I love! They have them right in the pasta aisle of Aldi and Walmart for my stores. My Giant or Wegmans has them in the organic/ gluten free section. Amazon also has them. I linked them in the description box below the video too 😁

When I first started low carb I followed the meal plan in the book The 100 by Jorge Cruise- it's linked below all my videos because I think it's amazing! I followed that strict for 2.5 months and lost 45 lbs. I'm also putting out a video all about starting on low carb which should help a lot! That video is coming next week!
