This is great because I can do this on days I dont wanna work out. Its not hiit, but it works your muscles and is moderately hard. Not to mention how short it is, another one of your workouts I adore

Wow!!! That was the first actually challenging no jumping workout I have ever done!!!!! Just a suggestion-could you please make a workout with a combination of weights and cardio? I really love those kinds of workouts!! Thanks a lot once more!!!

I've been struggling with finding the best workout I can do and I did your 30 min cardio burn 500cal for 3 days in a row then I did the 30 min apartment friendly one 2 days in a row so I just do whatever workout I pick from ur channel and in a week I lost 3 pounds😊

Can you recommend me a set of your videos for weightloss + apartment friendly (no jumping)? I started your "BURN 500 CALORIES with this 30-Minute Cardio Workout" and it's amazing but I think that I need more than that. I need to lose around 10 kilos (22 pounds) because of the whole virus situation I gained a lot.
