Let me tell you, I'm way overweight, my joints are all hurting and I'm trying to turn my health around. And I did this workout in its entirety! That is a huge accomplishment to me. For the first time in a while, I feel alive! Thank you for posting this!!!

Thank you for making a video that didn't require me to use my wrists/arms too much. It's a struggle finding low impact that doesn't rely on planks, press ups etc. It was nice to have a quick workout before an early shift. Not too tiring but enough to feel I've done something before having to sit at a desk for 9 hours.

This was great, I love all your low impact videos they are really challenging! I live on a first floor flat so am unable to do lots of jumping, I also have sensitive wrists so this was great! Please can I request more longer low impact wrist free workouts?! Thank you xx

Wow this was absolutely perfect!!! It is the perfect workout when you’ve been injured or recovering from basically anything and need to start slow YET I still got my heart rate up significantly and broke a sweat thank you!!!

I enjoyed it and got nicely exhausted, great training for running too i think! Although if you are equipped with balls i wouldn't recommend the last excercise

This was nice, but I had to skip over a bit of it - I can't do any twisting movements with my weight on my left leg - that aggravates my injury. Maybe it'll be doable after I lose more weight. Thanks for the workout.
