this workout is awesome!! I have never tried barre but have wanted to, and I really enjoy HIIT/fast paced workouts, so this is the perfect blend. I also need wrist friendly workouts and they are hard to find, but Mikala keeps making more!! You can really tone and focus on certain muscles here while still getting a high intensity cardio workout. Mikala does such a great job mixing in new moves that are relatively easy to understand and her sunny personality always keeps me coming back for her workouts. She is the best!

I can't dance worth anything and certainly not ballet, but I really enjoyed this bc it wasn't too difficult. I have done numerous of your workouts. Liked this one bc it changed the moves ever so slightly, which is exciting and makes it a tad harder/different muscle work. Also, you really seemed happy and in your element, which is lovely.
