This actually works, the shape I develop to my quads is lovely and sleek with definition. Takes about 1-2 weeks of doing it 5-6 times week to see results. As it's 5 minutes long, it's so easy to tag on to my ballet beautiful workouts.

I’m going to start this workout but I was wondering if your legs got physically stronger? I want to tone and strengthen my legs but I’m not sure if this exercise is just for toning or toning and strengthening. =)

@@ImORtalRAin718 hi...i'd say it creates a little more strength, but mainly focuses on endurance and toning the muscle due to time under tension :)

Amazing your AJ. I already starting to barely stand strong anymore the thighs and knees.I was starting to barely hold on any longer in the thighs and knees. Haven't practiced this movement in a long time.

When I do this exercise I realise how unfit I became 🙄. When you said to let let the arms flow like is not big deal and have positive thoughts I thought to myself "are you kidding me? I hate everyone right now" 🤣. Thank you for this amazing workout, I hope day to be able to do it without taking a break every 10 seconds 😒.

thanks for this vid, really great and it makes us push ourselves, any more tips on how to control them knees? will that be the inner thighs to keep them pointing outwards without using them much at all? I am asking for myself as it is my main problem and presumably it might be for others especially when most of them are probably not classically trained dancers. Cheers Jacquelyn!
