@@TemperanceMoves Bad posture cause I have to sit for hours at a place studying, stiff back and stiff shoulders, I have pain in my lower back if I sit or stand for too long, your stretches helped me a lot I'm from India, I'm just 18 but I love your stretches, I do them twice a day 10-15 min in the morning and 25-30 min in the evening, you are the best. Keep uploading new stretches I hope you can reach up to lakhs and millions of views, ❤️ lots of love from India, ❤️I can't express how much I love your stretches and you❤️, it's not for weeks but I've been following you over a year now, ❤️❤️ but these days I'm regular with stretches ❤️❤️
