QUICK 10 MIN full body workout that can be done anywhere with NO EQUIPMENT 😅 tried my best to keep good form, but it was a crazy hot day, and I was melting haha
This routine consists of 5 exercises done at 45 seconds on & 15 seconds off. We repeat this circuit once.
* Grass grabbers
* Bear plank
* Squat, crawl, to push-up
* Hip dip, elbow plank
* Power lunges
My son was my timekeeper, and he did a pretty good job, except for the couple times he was playing a video game and I had to ask 😆
