This Guided Meditation is a calming relaxing interlude to a deep sleep. It will help you let your worries out of your head, so you can experience a calming, relaxing, anxiety free calm mind when your head hits your pillow. It has relaxing sounds to compliment Jaimielle's soft soothing female voice.
This meditation is perfect for the person that lies awake with thoughts and worries running through their mind, it enables this person to simply drift off to sleep without a care in the world, with the knowledge it is out of their head in a safe place, ready to be tended to upon waking.
So find a peaceful space, relax and enjoy the gift of sleep.
