By far this is my favorite because I hit every muscle with slow controlled movements and I love the no breaks! Please do more of this type of ab workout! 🙏🏽

This is one of the most helpful at - home workout videos I’ve done! I love how she ensures we’re avoiding certain things to make sure the technique is right! Most KZbinrs don’t do that, instead, show the moves only. Thank you sm

I did this workout on Thursday and yesterday I felt it soo good that I let my sore abs rest and I just got finished with it again! I've got a feeling that this is going to be the absolute best abs workout video to achieve my 6-pack abs! ❤ All of your workouts!!!

as a person who recently sort of injured my back, i couldn’t do my average ab workouts and stumbled across this vid, glad i found it because it’s actually feeling a tiny more intense than my regular one so this will definitely help for the next few months, would’ve never thought of some of those types of workouts without this vid

No hard feeling, but out of all your abs workouts, this one is the #1. I usually follow your videos because of your style, voice, physic, timing and last not least some of your sets. I have my own style and training sets and follow my instants, but have to admit that this 10 minutes had been the best ever, and not just that, I did exactly as it shows. Thanks a million. I had good time to work on my core today with your video. Various exercises for core back and forth are good. Doing exercises for a time period is a focal point. It informs your body what works for you. For me, flexibilty is another part that I will be forcusing on. Thanks 😊
