Jerome Johansson I agree. If I feel my body is telling me slow down or stop, I’ll take a break. I used to push myself very hard and the only result I received was extremely tired knees that even prevented me from walking fast...

Jennifer Zhong hey Guys. I just need someone to vent to right now. I have been trying to keep up with Chloe Ting 2 week challenge, i have seen tons of videos of subscribers trying it out. Only, even though i feel like the workout is do-able. I feel too weak to do it. Tired. My body is weak. Even when i try to do some jumping jacks for 30 seconds i rather feel like crying. Have you guys experienced something like this? Its it about nutrition... or is it about mental health... i kept stressing about it, but decided to let it go today. I am taking more rest *days* if i need it..

@@alleswatikkan I recommend you to do no jumping workout like these from MadFit so that it is not so bad for your coordinates. When I started I used tu do beginner workouts and I didn't feel bad about it. It's more important whether it is exhausting enough dir your body.

@@alleswatikkan Don't feel discouraged, just keep pushing your body and take it slow at first. Then you will start to build muscle and be more motivated. Just don't give up, remember YOU GOT THIS!!!

@@aprilliang1973 Yes, I didn't lose weight, but I can see that I lost fat and built muscle instead, so I am somewhat leaner, I feel stronger and I am a little more confident. I still feel like this is just the start of my journey, but Maddie's videos helped me stay focused, motivated and also be happier and enjoy life.

Meeee. .. I started with 3 weeks of stretching+2 min warm ups. 3 weeks of Yoga with Adriene ( realized i need more step by step strech routine for a better form/posture for whatever Maddie is actually doing) and here I am in my 7th week of Just yoga. Rn I am thinking of adding some Maddie's workout as well.

I’ve been following her workouts for a month now. Within that month, i could see an ab crack already and my shoulders are more toned. Looking forward to the 11 line in another month. 💓

Lakshmi Kc i alternate all her intense core/ab workouts and i use 5 lbs for lighter dumbbells and 8 lbs for the heavier when she uses equipments. For arms/shoulders I only use the toned arm workout she has and only do it 3-4 days a week to give my muscles some rest in between.

I have the same issue lol but I’ve been doing one of her intense stretch routines everyday in addition to working out and it’s definitely helped me to keep my legs straighter (is that how you say it?) I love her videos so much they’re super helpful and really help to improve yourself

Ive been doing this workout every day for a week straight (with cardio and minor weight lifting as well) and not only do I look stronger, I feel stronger! Dont have super defined abs yet but I'm slimming down. This workout alone is a killer every time I do it. I always think its going to get easier but I'm thankful that it doesn't because after 9 days of doing this, I'm still getting a great workout!

Maddie, this is probably my FAVOURITE workout from you (yeah, you heard it, favourite LOL) It was a KILLER, but wow...It was fun. Love that it wasn't the basic 45 sec on 15 sec off. These 30 sec were great. And it's super super great, that it's only 10 min. I mean, you can do this every day, everywhere.

I have been doing my own (rubbish) ab workouts for years. For the last few weeks I have been following various Madfit Abs videos and it is like a revelation. My core is a lot stronger than before and I can actually keep my lower back on the floor after years of having a gap and not being able to rectify it. Basically this channel is dope.

I have been doing this ab workout about 3 times a week for the last few months. I love how my abs look! I've done ab workouts for years, but my abs have never been this flat! The results of this workout are great! Thanks Maddie! :)

Hi, Maddie, big fan of your workouts for years now. I was just wondering, maybe you can make a month-long guide/schedule of some sort (like a compilation guide of videos we can do back to back) to achieve certain results? It's awesome that you have a ton of videos available that we can choose from but sometimes it can be hard choosing which ones are great to pair with other vids that suit our goals. I've been following Maddie since 2018, but have been consistently doing her workouts on a daily basis for nearly a year. This is probably one of the most enjoyed workouts that I've done, did this 2 times cause I really enjoyed this burn!

Hey Maddie! Hope you’re doing well and staying safe ❤️ I only just recently started working out a little so I’m still a beginner. I was trying your Lower Abs workouts and I struggled on most exercises, I was barely able to drop my legs while lying on my back and keeping the small of my back on the ground. I dont have much physical strength in general but when it came to these exercises they were especially hard. I was wondering you have any tips that would help me with that! And thank you sooo much for all you do, you’re such an inspiration! 🥰

side planks/dips are always frustrating and most difficult for me because what's weird is my knees don't approve this move, I always have to modify. other than that, great 10 mins!

I've been doing your workouts for a few months now and I already see the difference in my strength. I no longer get backaches when I stand for too long and that for me is huge as I struggled with back problems in high school to the point where I had to lay down after going to the mall because of sharp back pain. Turns out I had very weak lower abs and glutes. I also learned how to engage my lower abs when I exercise from one of your videos. So thank you!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

okay so I love Chloe ting so much but 100% recommend trying out Maddie's workouts. I've been following CT workouts for 1+ years & they're always great, but recently got into Maddie's to try something new & WOW. these are intense; the way I'm constantly telling myself "just one more" !! i love a good challenge & I'll be trying out Maddie's workouts for the following 2 weeks !! I'll try to remember to update hehe ((: update day 3: sprained my knee this morning so taking it slightly easier on some of the exercises (mainly just the side dips) but now focused entirely on abs !! update day 6: finally got thru the entire workout without resting during the exercises !!! core feels strong & I got the whole 'obnoxious dude at the gym' vibes going on LMFAO. I will say that I tend to bloat easily so about an hour after my workouts I look all 🤰 but the next morning we lookin fit 🤭 update 1 week: took a rest day yesterday & kinda splurged on the sweets 😓 (1/4 cup of ice cream, a croissant, & a cookie) def took that toll today tho. still no resting during the exercises tho !! & my stomach is flatter now !! no ab definition yet but my diet isn't all that great so I can't complain 😂 day 10: I should probably include how my workout schedule is: I work out at home 3 days in a row, then take a rest day, & repeat. on day 1 I do arms/back/shoulder, day 2 is just abs, & day 3 is arms/back/shoulder again. normally day 1 would be legs but still recovering from knee sprain ! so day 10 is the amount of days I been doing this (: this workout was pretty easy today surprisingly! I'm gonna switch to heavier weights tmrw & after day 14 I'm gonna try Maddie's other ab workouts (: again, my diet could use some work, & I baked a ton of cookies yesterday which didn't help )); but I love building my core even if it's not perfectly defined yet!! (as of right now we have the 11-line definition going on, but not as hardcore as I wanna build it up to yet. we'll get there tho!!) day 13: amped up the weights some more & felt just as intense as the first day 😭 noticeable difference in toning of my abs, esp the mid & upper !! Ive always had the lower ab lil pouch but it's smaller now !! last day tmrw & then I'm gonna try out her Lower Abs workout ! 2 WEEKS: officially done !! I can tell my core is hella strong now !! 1 minute planks before was always rough or unsatisfying but now I know how to engage my core & with it's strength, although I feel the work, I feel STRONG doing it !! I did this 3 days in a row w 1 break day & repeated until I completed 14 days but I'd recommend doing this every other day (progress w heavier weights when u notice things getting easier!!) it's one of those workouts that never fail to leave me feeling accomplished. happy working out everyone !! YALL GOT THIS ! 💪💜

hi !! if u liked this workout by Madfit, y'all should check out Chloe tings new six pack abs video !! a lot of the moves are similar to this vid w small modifications. they're only 30 secs each so I'd say I cry a little more with Maddie's workout, but Chloe includes a few more exercises. both are great would highly recommend !!

I know this was 2 years ago but I love the weighted workouts! I’ve been doing just regular workouts without weights and I feel the burn but with weights I’m sore the next day! I love it if you could plz post more like this!

Yes please! More intense and weighted ab workouts 💪 I am working out for a long time doing intense ab work outs checking if I get enough protein (my weight is 51kg) so I could build up the sixpack. Yet, it seems that I cannot with only my body weight

Anyone else who finds it physically impossible to keep ur back on the ground when she asks to. My back automatically makes a curve and it's impossible to straighten it on the ground 😖

If ur lucky enough to have a very slim waist but a nice round booty,,, you may find ur lower back lifting ,, but just do ur best to focus on that area.

Oh! Maddie is so much better!! without been an expert, you can easily note it in the way she moves and control her body... Also, if you repeat the same routines over and over, yout muscules get used to it, and the progress get slower

I didn't lose weight doing chloe's workouts...so i started doing maddie's workouts and I've lost 25 lbs. And maddie's attitude and personality is so much better than chloe's so maddie motivates more

someone pls explain to me how u keep your back on the ground when you put BOTH legs out infront of you like flutter/scissor kick style? bc my back literally naturally lifts off the ground when i do that move

It depends of you!!! Some people can't put our legs near the floor! You can put your legs in 45degrees, you're abs will be in fire too!
