I’ve been doing this workout for about 1 and a half months almost 3-4 times a week and my legs have gotten much stronger and I’ve grown noticable muscle. Highly recommend!!

This is day 3 for me, the first two days i couldn't finish 🤷🏽‍♀️ and my thighs and butt really, really. Really are sore. I'm focused on my new journey after a heartbreak, job loss and depression. No pain, No gain...baby steps 😊

I’m a dancer and I’ve been doing your workouts since the beginning of 2020 when Covid hit and I couldn’t be in the studio. To this day I do your workouts on the days I don’t have dance, and all of your workouts have made me even stronger, and help me so much with my dancing! I especially love the intense 6-pack ab workouts! They are my absolute fav, but keep getting to be too easy!

Love Love Love ... I started this workout a week ago .. I do it in my office .. when I started .. I had to take longer rest and it was challenging.. I do it everyday and I must say TODAY BABE!! was easier .. and I can feel the difference in in legs ...i say this to say .. i am in my mid 40s 250.. This is something I can do .. so you can do it.. don not give up!! She is great!! she tells you what to do and how to do it!! I will keep ya updated.

I quitted my workout routine around 2 months ago. I am trying to regain that. I don't know if I am gonna stay consistent. Day 1: ✅️ It was exactly what we call a "nice workout". Although, I was not too tired/sore like other people in the comments because I did some stretchs after and I had already trained my legs 3 months ago. Day 2: ✅️ I thought I wouldn't be able to do this as second day is hardest for me. But, I did ittt!! The whole day I was feeling the workout in me Day 3: ✅️ I woke up few hours late but still didn't want to skip the workout. Today my pain is 70% gone. Day 4: ✅️ It's getting easier. Day 5: ❌️ Day 6: ❌️ Day 7: ✅️ It's actually a lot easier. Just the jump squats increase my heart beat which comes to normal in few minutes. ~I have not made any measurements but I can feel my butt is bigger~ Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅

This workout is killer I’m still somewhat a beginner and have been only working out consistently for about 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks and this workout had me DRENCHED in sweat my legs are currently giving out right now haha. Highly recommend tho, great workout!!

Can we just appreciate this woman for finally including a booty workout - usually people just ignore the booty, but I have some extra fat there and it has been hard finding someone who could help me get rid of it. Highly recommend!

I'm really self conscious about my body, I hope this workout can help me get more confident, I must say this is first day and I feel like dying, I couldn't finish half the workout but I intend on not giving up the following days, I have never done any type of exercise In my life and this new journey is gonna be a though one

I am the type of person who is thin but quite weak, after practicing according to the video for nearly 2 months (2 times a week), my legs have become stronger, my health has also improved. i love this workout! i've been doing these 2x a week for a few months and i do notice a difference! i even started adding dumbells in my arms for certain exercices to increase the intensity :)

Day one: ✅ My legs gave up at 6:30 shit this was I love it felt so good Day 2 ✅: I made progress! Did it all the way till 8:31 I would’ve done more but I got interrupted. Day three: so I'm here, let's see how this goes, forgot to cooldown yesterday... I DID IT ALL!!!! ✅ So I kinda forgot to edit the comment, but let’s pretend time didn’t pass Day four:

Can’t do the jumps at the end, and my lunges are still a bit unbalanced, but these videos have kept me motivated to actually continue working out. Do I sometimes miss days? Yes. But I genuinely enjoy her videos. The way she explains each exercise is so helpful if you’re a beginner.

I have no idea if I'm going to stick with this workout or not, but if I do, I'll update my progress. Let's all do this together!!! Day 1: ✅ My legs nearly crumbled like a stick figure😂😅, BUT I made it through (barely)!!! And with some of the exercises I feel like I didn't do enough reps because I was just so focused on getting my form right and not tipping over😂! My plan is every other day, so if I do this again in two days, I'll update😊 Day 2: ✅so I was planning on doing this workout every other day, but DANG!!! There is NO WAY I would have been able to do this again two days after my first time!!! My legs were SO SORE the next like four days. Then I got busy and my period, so now, almost a week and a half later, I am finally on day 2😂 I DID IT THOUGH!!!🔥 And I’d say even though it was still SOOO hard, it was a little better than the first time. So, getting there I guess😆 Day 3, 4, 5: ✅I did the workout again for these but forgot to update. I know I actually started to enjoy the workout though and even though it was still hard, it was definitely getting easier. Fast forward, I totally got out of the habit of working out and skipped this workout for like a month and a half. I'm back to it now though and I have set a goal to workout consistently from now until Taylor Swift's new album comes out (that gives me exactly two months to get a foundation under my belt). Anyway, I'm going to start my days over because I took such a long break😖 Day 1: ✅ I did it, again, and dang, any progress I made is pretty much gone. This was SOOOOOOOOO hard. I about fell over 20 times and my legs were shaking like maracas😅🥵

Maddie, I'll be honest, as a middle aged woman that has NEVER been anything other than chunky I didn't want to like your videos. You're so perky and energetic! My generation (and most others I'm sure!) would even call you the epitome of beauty. I admit my jealousy. And I humbly apologize for my narrow minded view! That being said, from the very first video of yours I tried I was hooked! You are truly the gold standard when it comes to workouts! I am always pushed to my limits and in a safe way. You are ALWAYS incredibly encouraging and professional without coming off insincere or cold. Ma'am, I am in awe of you and deeply grateful for all you've done! I’m not trying to shame any creators but… since the start of summer I’ve always done the Pamela Reid’s workout and it was so easy! But I started this one after two consistent months I decided to do another one and this one came up!!! I’m glad I did this. 🎉

i would like to thank you for all the videos you made :) i started working out with them about two months ago, and i only did ab workouts at first, but now I added a bunch of stuff. helps a lot with my anxiety regarding my appearance and i finally don't have to completely rely on contour when I cosplay a character with abs lol

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 24, part 1: Complete ✅ Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! We made it all the way to Christmas! Whoo! This workout was great 😊 It was the perfect little burnout for Christmas Eve. Today has been a much better day than yesterday 😅 I really, truly enjoyed this routine. Feeling really good 👍🏻 How'd it go, guys? Let me know! 👇🏻 I'm just happy to be me today 😁 It's not always easy, but I'm worth the time it's taken to figure it out. I'm worth not giving up on. Finally found my leg day workout. Thank you so much for this, Maddie 🤗 Here to build muscles in my skinny leg and thighs. Let's go! Day 1 - I hated it so much, esp the squat hold 😅 I lasted only 15secs there. Will return in 2 days. Onwards! Day 2 - done! Squat hold is still difficult. Onwards! Day 3 - done! But I stopped midway bec of period cramps. Onwards!

4,5 month ago I broke my knee (tibia plateau fracture). While in the hospital I told myself I’m going to get out of this stronger and fitter than ever! Not going to lie, I was a little bit unfit when I broke my knee. Anyway, first 8 weeks I was in a brace and not putting any weight on my leg, then learned to walk again and started strengthening exercises. I’ve been working hard just doing simple exercises. 2 weeks ago I discovered your channel and I started doing your (easier) videos to up-level my exercise routine. This one is challenging but fun - my physio has given me the green light to do jump squats too (usually they only start doing this after 6 months but she says I’m ready) - and I already notice I’m getting better at it. Also started doing some abs and upper body videos. While my knee is not back at a 100% yet (almost though) I already feel overall I’m getting more fit than before my accident and I’m very excited to just keep on improving with your videos! Thanks so much!

Loved this workout! Added day 24 workouts to day 22 in order to catch up and feelin the burn. In case anyone is looking for an extra challenge, I wore bands for the soccer ball kicks and lunges with side kicks, game enhancer!!

tracking progress!! will try to update as much as I can day 1 (12/7): finished the whole thing with almost no extended breaks exept for like a 1 min break after reverse lunge kickbacks. legs are really really shaky but I got through it which im super proud of!!

*Tracking my progress / REALISTIC:* NOTE: This is my first time in 2 decades exercising seriously. My days are spread apart to allow rest. They may vary. *March 3:* Day one. I still have improper forms, it’s a bit tricky to pick up the routine so I had to rewind a few times. My legs eventually buckled against my own will, I FELL on the first jumping squat 😭 I cant complete them yet. I feel energized even though I failed. *March 25:* I fell horribly sick a day after that first entry 😭 This time even though I missed a few reps in some of the exercises I didn’t fall to the floor. Still quite a pain though. I’m surprised my body already has a slight tolerance after being dormant for two weeks. I feel optimistic! *will keep updating*

I don't do every exercise that's on the screen but I think it has something to do with the fact that most days I'm on my own I will try to push myself a little bit more she is good 👍 I've got a big resistance band that the hospital gave me when I fell in the bathroom against the sink and part of the sink fell into my foot and it made a 15 centimeter by 5 cm scar I have to take a strong painkiller for it but I have noticed that's I enjoy swimming and it's not expensive 🫰 lane swimming I'm going to try that very shortly❤ you will get there in the end carefully does it and take care 😘

I'm a footballer, the captain of the girls team in high school. I've always been pretty skilled with my footwork and passes, I just hope to acquire thick thighs instead of skinny embarrassing ones. I wanna make my team proud and myself too

I try to workout 1 or 2 times a week and work on different parts of my body(legs+booty,arms, back and abs) I have been using Caroline Girvan 's videos and yours and I have noticed a difference in my body.Sometimes I get fustrated easily with school and workouts help my cope.Thank you for helping me break a sweet and happy summer

doing this workout as well as daisy keech's hourglass an abs workout starting april 31st, going until june 1st! day 1: i could not finsish the jump squats omg that was so hard day 2: I already did some bularian split squats throughout the day so my legs were pretty sore but i did 5 jump squats this time ; my legs and butt rlly hurt day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: day 15:

Using this to help get my marching bands leg back after losing them due to graduation about a year and a half ago. Can’t make it farther than about halfway as of day two, but we’re workin on it. Can’t wait to feel much much healthier in the future because of this!

It was unfortunately not a good workout for me because I am a more advanced person, I didn’t really feel the burn but for a beginner, this workout is absolutely fabulous !

This is perfect thank you. I had 3 vaccines yesterday and my arm is sore so this was perfect and I’m now adding it to my rotation. I’m always scared of trying leg workouts but I really need to do them and this was ideal to get me started and feeling strong.
