I’m so glad she exists! I love the variety in her workouts. As a student athlete who now is missing 2-3 practices a day from quarantine, her videos are so helpful. I can just do a few of the harder ones and I feel like I’ve done a whole 2 hour workout

Ok so I’m like 2 months in to quarantine and I started out really motivated to lose weight and stuff was happening for the first time ever...and then Easter happened. Anyways I just quite dance (I did Irish dance for 7 years) but I was never really able to tone my legs effectively which is *strange* BUT I’m gonna do this routine as long as I can and I’ll try to update y’all along the way. My main goal is to tone and firm, and I’m also doing various ab workouts as well as toning the upper body (and drinking enough water to hydrate A small family and healthy eating and shizznet). Btw I’m almost 16, 5’3, 145 lbs and a lil curvy (thanks mama) Day1 (April 26): Dear lord that was difficult. The jump squats and jump lunges were awfulll. Instead of the normal double pulse squat at the end I did a sumo squat pulse. Obviously no difference yet but I can fEeL it. (EDIT) Lol ok so I’m still trying to slim down but I don’t think this workout is exactly what I need. I’ve moved on to different ballet based exercises, Pamela Reif’s back exercise, different arm stuff and lots of lower ab situations. I’ve been walking a lot too so hopefully something will happen...maybe.

if you're trying to tone your body you should do cardio because your muscles won't show if you have a layer of fat (not saying that you're fat :) ). you can have super awesome muscles but they won't show over fat. focusing on only one part of your body that you want to improve is not good and won't do much for losing fat. try to make a little week routine that includes leg and ab workouts and also cardio because that is the most effextive way of losing fat. you can find everything on this channel :)

hey hun! just a reminder that losing weight is absolutely amazing, just remember you can be healthy, athletic, and super strong and still have body fat showing! it is a perfectly human thing to have. it’s always better to workout to be strong and fit other than to be skinny. losing weight is great, if you decide that is what will be best for you! i do not have a flat tummy, but i am muscular in most places because i love to move my body and have fun in the mix. you can be toned on your body and still have fat pouches, because the two go hand in hand. i love you and good luck, you are worthy of all the love in the world!!

I´ve been suffering from Quervain´s syndrome for almost two months so I can´t do any exercise that involves putting weight or tension on my wrists :(. I've been doing 20-30 minutes of exercise each morning. I do every day except Saturdays and Tuesdays, those are just my basic days off. For those 20-30 minutes, I do a collection of workout videos. I've been doing Madfit, Pamela Reif, and Chloe Ting, all amazing women. (If you haven't heard of one, go check them out) This has been going on for around 3-4 months now, in quarantine and throughout the summer. It really does work! My arms have more muscle on them, I can ACTUALLY SEE MY ABS, and my legs are very defined and strong! And the booty workouts have helped too! I recommend for other people to try this. It's good for starters who have never worked out before on a regular basis, or for teens trying something new. Good luck to all who try this!

I've heard that you should work every muscle group twice a week (but not on consecutive days, and have at least one rest day (you can still do light exercise on your rest day such as walking).

Is it the toes that are on the leg forward ot back? It may be because you are clenching your toes unnecessarily to try to compensate for the lack of balance. Try to relax your feet while you do this, and instead focus on really using your core muscles to stabilise your body, keep your abs flexed at all times, and go down into the lunge really slowly. Keep most of your weight on your front foot. Focus on using your leg muscles to bring you down, you may need to not go as deep, and maybe even start with just reverse lunges until you perfect your form.

I love doing this routine, i do It in the morning before going to work or when i come back home, by the way i usually walk to my workplace and that Is at least 6K everyday. By the way i also suffee from.slight plantar fascitis and this workout helps with It because of the stretches . All i know is that I have grown to Trust these thighs

I added this leg burner to my indoor walking routine. It's tough but really good for a quick 10-minute leg workout.
