When it gets hard, I like to close my eyes and imagine what I look like with a flat belly, small waist, and abs. It helps make it easier for me. But literally this workout has made me skinner! (I do it two times a day everyday)

After 9 days of doing this and sometimes also her small waist workout, I lost an inch of belly fat. My belly was 31 inches and my waist was 28 inches nine days ago, and the whole time from looking in the mirror I thought nothing was happening but then I measured today and was really happy to see results. Will keep doing this.

@@cherrysweety7095 you can't lose weight unless you are on calories deficit. you may not restrict your diet, but you have to consume more calories than you eat and drink. that means you can either have a healthy diet or work out like crazy.

so besides this workout, i walked for around an hour or two every day + did thigh exercises for like 10 minutes and i didnt really diet, i just tried not to eat more than 1500 calories a day so yeah :)

Wow! For most ab workouts I can't feel a burn, most likely because of improper form due to me being obese. This is the FIRST workout where I can genuinely say that I'm doing ALL of the workouts properly and it's burning my abs. I think your tip to push down my stomach and keep my back on the floor is what did it. My back was coming off the floor and that's why I couldn't get a burn in my abs in the other exercises I've done. Thanks Emi! This was a real game changer and I have a feeling my workouts from now on are gonna be a lot more productive and have more payoff!

So I’ve decided to do this for seven days, and I’ll put my waist measurements before and after! Waist at beginning: 25 inches Day one:👍🏻 Day two: 👍🏻 Day three:👍🏻 Day four: 👍🏻 Day five:👍🏻 Day six: 👍🏻 Day seven: 👍🏻 Ok so my waist is now at 24.3 inches, which is pretty good, seeing as I didn’t diet or anything. I’m going to continue this and figure out a diet plan so I can get healthier! Would recommend this workout 💖🖤

Hey guys! This summer I reaallyy wanted to be more fit and Ive watched so many other work out videos but they just werent for me. When I first tried this video out it was SO hard ! Compared to the diffficulty when I had very first started, its so much easier to get it done now. Out of all of the workout routines I have tried, THIS was the one! I enjoy this workout so much because of how effective and how much it focuses the burn on my lower stomach. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK GUYS! No one will probably read this but I wanted to update daily :=D im currently on the 14th day of doing this workout and I started on June 3rd (btw results differ, i heard some people saw hard results within a few days but for me this process is slower compared to theirs but still VERY effective!) Thank you Emi for keeping me motivated! 💛 I plan on doing this for the entire 2 months of summer! (Start June 3rd) Day 1: VERY HARD, sweated A LOT, was very sore after, wasn't able to complete the workout without dropping countlessly...lol i only did this once for that day Day 2: i did two workouts throughout the day, still dropped, same as the first day Day 3-4: Still difficult for me, but it was a bit more bearable! The results havent shown yet but Ive been bloating a lot less which is a good start Day 5: I DID THE WHOLE WORKOUT WITHOUT DROPPING! I still get tired doing the exercises though lol but I managed to push myself Day 6: Did the whole workout the soreness is completely gone by now. I can see the side lines appearing but nothing too major Day 7: sweating is decreasing, and its getting easier to do, but i still get tired haha, these exercises have helped so much with bloating Day 8: i decided that in order to speed up the process i would do this workout 3 TIMES A DAY! Besides day 1 i did the workout 2 times a day before changing it to 3 times. surprisingly this was bearable and the side lines are becoming slightly more visible than before Day 9: same as day 8, the workout is easier to get over with and i even start looking forward to working out! The results are coming in slowly (side lines are appearing though!) and i still have a long way to go! Exersizes are so effective in reducing bloating and my stomach is getting so much flatter Day 10 (wednesday june 12th): just woke up and decided to take a break today to let my body rest. Im going to take a break every wednesday from now on. On the side note, OMG I woke up and checked up on my progress (before eating) and i can definitely see the two lines on the side and the middle line shows as well in some angles. Im so happy! The lines arent as defined as i would like them to be but i can tell im getting there! Day 11: just finished the 3rd workout for the day and i feel SO GOOD! definitely so so so much easier to do and my stomach is getting toned. my appetite is also decreasing and i don't feel hungry all day like i used to feel! listening to music helps so much btw :=) Day 12: I dont know why I sweated so much in the 3rd workout of the day, i ate a lot of chips and icecream the last couple of days because i couldnt help it hehe BUT I HAVE TO STAY MOTIVATED AGHHHHHHH :=/ Day 13: so....i forgot to update because i had been out most of the day with family and doing an interview in the morning. @@opinionatednobody5631 yess, i saw really big changes, even tho it happened 7moths ago im still rocking that almost hour glass figure(surprisingly for my bone structure which is almost impossible for my wide rib bones and hip bones) about the diet, no not really, but i was going trough my anorexia relapse at this time, so i would eat only like 100 calories to 200 the most, but that only made me more tired, so please eat your food, somewhat at least about 800 calories a day. This workout gave me a really big motivation tho and it was easy to keep up. So the results was that i went from my stomach of 70cm (idk inches) to 57cm. So i would really recommend it. Have fun!

I’m going to do it for as long as I can and I’ll try updating you constantly on my journey. Day 1: I already walked 15 km today so my legs were sore during the workout. But I tried my best to keep going. It might seem easy during the first exercises but trust me it gets harder and you must push till the end. Day 2: I did my workout and it was harder than the first one because my abs were on fire and i couldn’t stop cursing. But I didn’t stop, you shouldn’t as well. I could see a little long red line and two horizontal others so I was really amazed. Day 3: I just did it before school. I felt great. The fist days when I did the workout I was taking a big rest between the exercises and was cheating. But today I did it all at once and I’m very proud of myself.

Hello fellows sister who are trying to glow up for summer~ First of all, I want to tell you that this is definitely effective! I've been doing this for two weeks or so (not every single day tho, usually three to four times a week, but I've been doing this more recently) and I can vaguely see my eight packs coming out! So if you've been lacking motivation to workout, feel free to use this as a motivation. Like Emi said (tysm emi btw), constancy is the key to any success! Now after I've given my life-changing, emotional, inspiring speech, let's get to the workout (trying to do this EVERY SINGLE DAY for a week xd): Day 1: Done! I love this workout because it's not super intense yet it still has a difficulty to it. I remember when I first started the workout, I could only do the leg raise hold for half of the time, but now I can hold it all the way til the end! Day 2: Done! Sweating a whole bunch today cuz I also did the leg workout by Emi AND the booty workout by Bailey Brown lol (check her out btw! Her vids are short but still intense) Day 3: Doneeeeee :D Big (or not really) success today! The last exercise was really hard for me but today I managed to get through all of it without any breaks!! I have never exercised in my life ( except for gym classed back in school days). I had a gym membership 6 years ago and I only went for a week. But for the last 2 months I have been following Emi's workouts and the results are amazing. I look slimmer and I feel stronger. I used to complain about my knees and my lower back, but now I really feel like I'm 26 years old again, and not ancient creature.

I kept repeating this so many times you won't believe how many times I did. Emi you are so amazing, its great how you do workouts on YT for FREE and that are actually legit. Everyday I do your workout the next day I see numbers go down the scale, I started of a couple of days ago eating healthy and doing your workouts, I weighed 58kg then 3-4 days later I went down a kg. I just want to thank you so much, my goal weight is 45kg and when I reach that goal its all because of you :)

I did this 2 days ago, and I feel AMAZING! Especially since I’ve been busy, but also kinda lazy for the past two weeks and I’ve lost most of the three week progress I was making. Honestly I thought I was just going to give up again. I have been working out since almost 5 years now on my own and lost 25 kilos in 3 years. I had ossue with my lower belly fat since last few months due to my medication. Post medication I tried a lot of workouts so that my belly fat reduces since I gained a bit but was not happening, but Emi your this excersice specifically helped to feel the change on my lower belly from the day 1. And your motivation helps me to workout even better. Thank yoi so much.

I can clearly see abs on my Belly even when im not doing workouts...which i couldn’t see 3 days ago. Plus now, I have a flat belly (or almost, I would say 2-3 more days and it’ll be completly flat) ! today is my second day of doing this and i’ve decided to update everyday!! i’ll stop on december 30 because i’m going on a trip, but i’ll come back and keep on updating after it!! day 1: i did it once. it killed me but i’m motivated!! day 2: today i did it twice!! it’s still reeeally hard and exhausting but it was definitely easier than yesterday. [ edit ] : i’ve been doing this and the 45 min cardio every week before coming here. i will admit i sometimes didn’t complete it all tho, but i’m sure i’m not giving up. now i’m on the trip but i’ll continue as soon as i come back. i definitely feel better, tbh i feel like my belly fat is reducing a lot; and not just my belly but my whole body. i drink a lot of water everyday and i avoid snacks, junk food, soda. before coming to this trip i did the 45min cardio twice a week and this ab routine twice a week too. i recommend not thinking you’ll have a flat belly like overnight, be consistent, it helps me a lot. also, the more you exercise, the more you’ll want to keep going, trust me. i’ll update again soon!!

It's okay if you can't do the entire 45 seconds of each workout. The key is consistency. If you keep doing, soon you will realize how the workout got easier.

i am doing your 4 week challenge emi~~ i tried the 15 day workout but ended up giving up half way after my period started. but this time i really hope i have the strength to not give up and stick with it. i think a part of me always gives up because i have a long way to go to lose my excess weight and it just doesnt feel possible sometimes . i was 100kg and now i am 94.5 kg, not much of a diff but my healthy weight is supposed to be between 56 to 60kg. I’m going to do this workout for 3 weeks straight (or more) at least once a day. Starting date; April 24th 2024 Day 1: ✅️ Did this workout once. My abs were burning but I did it till the end, overall not that bad! Day 2: ✅️ I did it once,was a tiny bit easier. No results yet since it’s only the second day I’m doing this workout! My abs were burning and my legs also lol! Day 3: ✅️ I did once! I didn't had a good day but I still decided to do it and I'm so proud of me. I can feel that my abs were burning a bit less than on the 1st day :D. My stomach is also bloated a bit less so I'm trusting the process! Day 4: ✅️ I did it once this morning! Some of the exercices were much more easier! I'm propably going to do it again this after noon! Day 5: ✅️ I did it once. I was about to not do it but then I rememberd that I was giving myself a last chance to lose weight! I'm now so proud that I did it and will do it again tmw. My legs and my abs were sore after this workout though Day 6: ✅️ It was rly easier this time! I only did it once I might try to do it twice tmw though. I can see that my belly is a bit smaller :). Day 7: Yay I just did this workout for a week straight!! I don't see any big visual results but it's way more easier than day 1 for sure! Day 8: Did it once and all the way without droping once !!! dont see any big results yet Day 9: Dit it once again today I can see that my stomack is a bit more flat Day 10: Omg I did it for 10 days straight!! I'm so proud of me!! I do not felt like doing the excercise but i remeberdred my goal! i didn,t do this workout though but a harder one because I started to not feel as sore as the first day! Day 11: So I don't think I will continue to do this workout in particular anymore because it's not rly working for me.. I tried another one and I saw better results in less days (Like or comment so I can comeback)😅

I did this for a week and guuuuurlllll. I lost half an inch! It seems like small difference but this is really effective! Side note: I didnt have any diets, I eat 4 cups of rice a day and I'm very addicted to sweets. So imagine if I lessen that sugar intake I could lose huge amount of weight! THANK YOU EMI WONG! Day 01: ✔The first day was so painful but I found it fun to do because we can also hear how much pain Emi was having during the workout as well! The burn is real! Day 02: ✔Today was super painful, but it was so worth it, Emi's voice over is just purely motivating, and i hope i can keep doing this! I started working out last March and got hype by Emi's workout vids it was great! I saw results like a week after the workout, by May I tried other workout tbh I was not motivated I feel so tired so I stopped working out for two weeks and decided to workout again using Emi's workout vid, Idk but I do feel energized with her workouts compared to others because I feel so drained after. to keep track of progress: day 1: super hard!! i tried my best but each set i dropped down and had to take a break. day 2: so sore after day 1 but today was better!! The first four exercises i didn’t take breaks but after that the next 6 i took breaks :-) the ones where you have to hold are the hardest HAHA day 3: still sore but the exercises were more manageable today :)

Starting weight: 67.7kg Goal: 59kg (Quarantine really made me gain weight) Day 1: it was tiring, but starting from today I’m going to be careful on what I’m eating, start drinking more water and make sure not to eat anything between 30min - 60minutes. Day 2: When I had woke up I already felt some pain in my stomach as well as I was doing the workout. I couldn’t do most of the five seconds left of some exercises, but I did made time for it! Day 3: My stomach hurts whenever I sneeze and it has pain when I try and get my upper body up. But I have noticed my stomach getting smaller. Day 4: I noticed that my stomach has gotten a lot smaller through these days, and I have been eating less not just that but also being careful of my limit. Day 5: The pain from the exercise has gone for me, I don’t know if it’s normal or if I had too much food, but I notice my thighs has changed shape, which was unexpected for me but for me it would take longer to get the abs only because my stomach is bigger lol but I’ll keep you guys still updated! Day 6: Stomach still the same shape, but from tomorrow I’ll be trying to do this twice a day as I don’t feel the burn I felt on the first three days, I still do feel it but not strong enough. Day 7: Same as every other day, I’ll be continuing till the 18th of January. I did feel the burn and most of the exercise were easy, and still the v up and down was still hard but not as hard as before Day 8: no changes for me, so I’ll be doing half of this video and half of a burn fat video

I’ve been using your workouts lately & I’ve been loving how they make me feel! Thank you for being such an inspiration 💖 * Update 13/12 - I managed (just) to get through this workout minus the 'V Up Hold' (that one is a bitch). My muscles are sore from working out this week but this one just had me done 😫 [ps. does anyone have any tips on how to do the v up hold] 15/12- Got through them all so much more easily now. I need to do this routine twice to feel a strong burn 16/12- Can feel that my core is stronger as I can complete the exercises in one go instead of needing to give Emi a break aka pausing the video 19/12 I do this along with other ab workouts and it feels good :) I can see slight definition now (mind you I had a big stomach) 3/1 I’ve been interchanging between a lot of workouts so idk how much this one is actually helping. overall feel good. tbh seeing results takes weeks so don’t expect a miracle overnight

I’m doing this for me. It’s a tracker for me. If you want stay to see the results. You can scroll if you want. Idc Day 1: Struggling. Currently writing this on a break. I’m on the 7th exercise. I’m dripping with sweat. The only thing keeping me going is seeing myself with my desired body looking in the mirror thinking “It was worth it”. Drinking a lot of water to stay hydrated. I’m going to do a cool down yoga stretch after this and I’ll be back in the morning. Day 2: I skipped out on day 2. I did her thigh workout instead. I had done that one a couple months ago so it wasn’t that tough for me. I forgot to come and write in what happened. It’s the 3rd day now and I’m about to do the ab workout. Pray for me. Day 3:

I started doing a routine of first running a mile and then doing this 10 minute workout video while eating healthier as well: Day 1: it was mentally challenging to finish the mile and finish this workout. I weighed myself before eating breakfast and I was 176.6 lb. Day 2: today was pretty straight forward very challenging to get the workout portion done, I’m very sore. I weighed myself before breakfast again and weight 173.6 lb. This is my 2nd week of doing this exercise. I started adding 2 other workout videos and running a mile every day and eating healthy as well. I can definitely feel and see the difference. My mom even says I look less chubby😂 and my boyfriend said he sees the difference in my body as well so that’s a plus. I haven’t weighed myself yet since I’m waiting until the end of the week to weigh myself especially because I’m currently on my period and I don’t want to see any of the weird weight alters that happen during my period because of bloating etc. I am trying to incorporate as much fiber and protein into my diet. Last night I made a stir fry with zucchini, mushroom, carrots, and bell pepper. I had some of that with some beans on the side and some pork. I made sure not to over eat and I’m trying to keep my portions small. So far so good though :). (JUST A LITTLE MOTIVATION FOR YOU GUYS BECAUSE TRUST ME IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO STOP MOPING AND BINGE WATCHING NETFLIX AND EATING ICECREAM AT MIDNIGHT!!
