Before I start working out daily I knew that I cannot spot reduce fat but I can spot train, so that's what I do until now, I don't wanna know my weight or my measurement bcs to me the important thing is what I feel inside and better looking body (tighter, not flabby). Although I ended up got bigger thighs but I know that they are not only fat in there 😅

Heyyy, I don't really know if this is the right place for this, but I just wanted to thank you for all your workout videos (especially the dance inspired ones) and the effort you put into your work. I can't put in words how much those videos have helped during the pandemic. I already worked out on and off before, but especially in the last months your videos sometimes were the one thing what kept me motivated, happy and what helped me not lose my mind completely. I think the way you present yourself is just so real and honest and it's a big inspiration for many girls out there. Idk what it is that makes your videos more special compared to the amount of other fitness youtubers out there, but please keep doing what you're doing :)))

sometimes i forget that i can workout and still love my body. i used to aspire for this "perfect" body but now realise that ill never get there. ill always find one thing that just isn't right. slowly I'm realising that my body doesn't have to change to be beautiful it just is. thank you for helping me through my journey x .

Hi, Maddie. I'm a musical theatre performer, and when the pandemic hit last year I lost all my upcoming gigs. I was in a very dark place. Afraid to go to gyms but knew I needed to upkeep my fitness for when theatre could thrive again. I found your channel and it not only saved me physically but got me feeling mentally uplifted too. thank you so much mad fit!! as a young teenage girl, I have been insecure about how I am 'supposed to look in order to feel pretty. I would try so many workout videos but none of them seemed to work and I would grow inconsistent w disappointment. your videos are not only fun and unique, but educational and hopeful, a healthy video for me to take advice from !! thank you so much for learning about your audience, giving us information, and creating amazing workout videos. They have taught me about being healthy, trusting the process, and being patient. There are so many videos that are just the exact opposite and led me to make horrible, unhealthy choices to my body. i am so thankful for you !

Hi Maddie, I am so grateful for all your workouts, they have really kept me motivated and consistent with my exercise patterns. I loved the little speech at the beginning I think it is so important to hear that, especially from fitness influencers. I also love your personal video style and I love how you actually admit that it burns - it is a reminder that we are all human and that it doesn't mean you're bad if you feel a burn! I love these 10-minute workouts! No matter how difficult they are, I figure I can do anything for 10 minutes. My abs are awake now - this will be great to include in my off-horse exercises for riding. Thanks, Maddie!

I LOVED THIS WORKOUT. I HATE doing abs and the excercises in this were quite different than what I'm used to. Even though they are challenging, I was up for it and enjoyed it. Thank you for this video!! 🤩 My favorite ab workout video for now. Can't wait to do more like these. 😍

wow super pleased with this short workout! i feel like every time i try to do a "lower abs" workout i only ever feel it in my legs. really pleasantly surprised at how much this really targeted my lower belly, feels like it never gets any love!

Love love this routine. Those bicycle crunches with leg lifts are new to me. New favourite move. Thanks as always, for providing not only the motivation but the important in-workout reminders about form to protect against injury and to maximize the movements.

Great workout! This works out all the different areas of my core & stomach. I appreciate that you don’t speed through the moves so it really makes the muscles work and I don’t feel like I’m left behind. This is a great workout for all levels of fitness. Thank you!

Loved this workout! Also, thank you for that reminder at the beginning! I see so many fitness videos that really push the idea that you can pinpoint excess fat by doing ab workouts, therefore leading to unhealthy expectations for the viewers, so thank you for keeping it real! 😁🥰

You're probably doing them wrong if you feel the strain more at your neck. Your abs should be doing most of the work

Take care of your neck! It shouldn't hurt while doing abs. It used to happen to me too, and the only thing that helped me was to mentally prepare to do the effort with the abs. I started slow from there and eventually became natural

After probably a year of doing these workouts, I have finally been able to feel and actively tense my lower abs while working out. The reminders of tucking hips and pulling the lower belly to the floor really helped me activate those muscles 👍🏻
