Glad you like them! I actually of course wish they are better! much room to improve on which is why I will channel my wishes to this upcoming splits challenge. I will remember this and try to stay more relax while challenging myself and #aerialfam!

I had my first aerials class yesterday. Discovered I defentinaly need to work on my flexibility more frequently and grib strength. Felt a little tight this morning and this routine definitely helped loosen me up. Few things popped too. Haha. Thank you.

aerialpractice Thank you!! Your videos have definitely helped my journey, as I am COMPLETELY SELF TAUGHT in aerial arts! My dad has seen how quickly I’ve advanced and told me that I can get another aerial arts “performing thingy” so I chose aerial straps! I’m so excited!

I was really hopeful for this as a complete newbie. But I am just so new that I need more prompts (such as in ex. 9, to direct to lift the toes - when I am bent over, I can't see the screen) and more modifications (what to do when I cannot get my foot flat when shifting from side to side to stretch the inner thighs or when I cannot touch the floor and extend my legs in ex. 9). Will revisit when I am more advanced.

Hello Kali. I feel that the biggest challenge for making flexibility routine is to accomondate different levels and finding the balance between too much and too little talking. It is definitely more useful for people who have a couple of yoga or flexibility lessons, and looking for ways to move to the next level. When I first started trying I also get lost often following videos or even in person, but the more I practice the more it makes sense, and then the easier it is to progress. I hope you will find what works for you and continue! All the best!

Dont worry haha I wish I could go live but I also couldn't do this because of work. I have to film it one week ahead also for time to edit. So even though it is on week 1 now I am already working on week 2 and planning week3 haha! Hopefully more live in the future!

I am motivated by the fact that at 33, I am as stiff as a construction log but I look like a drunk tree as soon as I try to get up

I was also very very stiff just 2 years ago. I am 29 now and more flexible than when I was 18 ! You can too!
