So to make most of our mornings, we need to be energetic and active and this is an awesome 10 min yoga flow to make the mornings full of energy and enthusiasm..

Hi ma’am. This may sound silly, but have a doubt. Is their anything like we should take a bath before yoga? And what is the food time gap we should give before doing yoga or it should be done in empty stomach only?

Good question Kiruthika, As per shastras you must take shower right before yoga practice. 2 to 3 hrs of gap after meal is good.. If you can practice empty stomach, it's great but if you feel low have a fruit or some soaked nuts half an hour before your practice.

@@YogBela Hi ma’am. I started with one set of surya namaskar for the last three days. But I have ended up with lower back ache. Will it eventually settle or I’m going wrong somewhere.?
