Rise & shine yogis, it's time to flow! Welcome to Day 2 of the Morning Yoga Movement. This 10 minute yoga class will work on your entire body for a little bit of strengthening and stretching. In today's class we will start laying down, and gradually wake the body up. We will work through some twists, core work, and deep stretches to release tension from the body. No props required.

Just started my 5th round of this challenge day 2 (over this past year on and off) and I realize this will always be a part of my yoga life. I'm now currently in a YTT training and will continue to come back to this. This is a lifesaver. Amazing job at creating this, this is timeless!!

helllooo! Kassandra I’ve done your routines while in lockdown during Covid, I did it the morning of my wedding day, I did it the night I realized I should take a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant with my first son, and now I’m doing it while in the postpartum phase with my second son. I wonder what other life events I will see you during, and perhaps I will come across this comment and remember sitting on my living room floor writing it

I just found this 30 day challenge and today I was doing it with 2 of my kids fighting and my 11 month old climbing on me. Todays affirmation helped me remain calm as they are the reason I love life. I included my 11 month old in the final sitting pose and she had a giant smile on her face ❤️ Namaste

How lovely! Also, you actually depicted a beautiful scene for me instead of a stressful one. It’s hard when you’re in the thick of it, but my kids are 15, 12, 10 and 4 already and I keep on missing those days when they were smaller ❤️ Good on you the affirmation helped a change within you!

As someone with health issues, my resolution this year was to take charge of my body. Instead of focusing on losing weight I want to build my strength to feel better. I’ve been using your videos as a guide for the past few months now so as soon as I saw this video this morning I had to click. Thank you for inspiring me #goodmorning

Emma Mantell I want to encourage you to continue caring for your body by eating well and building strength. I did the same thing 7 years ago when I retired...I was a physical wreck, weak and overweight. Horrible fibromyalgia...but I changed my eating habits (cut out gluten, a real game changer) I joined a gym and took every class I could possibly live through...and some I almost didn't...and the changes began. I wasn't stiff and in pain, I wasn't bloated and cramps, I lost weight...a lot! And now I am continuing to eat healthy and exercise regularly and getting good sleep and fresh air and sunshine! (In those 7 years I went from a size 10 to a size 4... without dieting!) So take the better road, work on your overall health! Blessings!

As someone with health issues too, let me tell you I understand perfectly what you mean. In my situation I am not doing this as you say, to lose weight or "look good", looks are secondary when all you want is to have a healthy body. It's up to each of us to grow stronger, eat healthier and make better life decisions as we are all going through our own health journey ✨

I agree! It definitely makes me want to be up earlier just to do this! I'm usually up by 9 am, working out by 10, up and ready for my day by 11 :( Today I ended my workout by 8:40am! Like... what?!

I have always struggled with yoga until I stumbled on your videos last week and this is the first time I've been able to actually complete a whole yoga routine. I got in a routine of 10 minutes of morning yoga that got disrupted when my parents visited then Covid-19 started. I am so glad I'm getting my routine back now that things have settled down here and we're in our new routine. Can't believe how quickly my lower back pain returned when I wasn't getting my 10 minutes in. It really showed me how much that 10 minutes in the morning added to my night routine makes a HUGE difference in how I feel! #goodmorning

Thank you! Here is a funny bit: towards the end when you said close your eyes and roll your shoulders back, I moved my laptop in front of my seated position and closed my eyes. After some time, I peeked to see how long your meditation would be and realized I had hit the "Pause" button! I had given myself a little bonus meditation. :) I'm loving your morning wake-up calls!

I go outside everyday and do this while my daughter is still fast asleep and my husband has left for work ( I have a baby monitor) and do this. So relaxing and it helps me prepare for my day. #goodmorning
