Kassandra, I just want to say thank you for sharing your gift of yoga teaching and practice. As a mom and teacher, these 10 minute stretches have helped me carve out some time for self care in the early mornings. I did this practice in the bathroom of my office. I arrived early. And without anyone interrupting me. I am resuming the practice of stretching and yoga. I really liked listening to the birds singing.

I feel so stretched and loose - wonderful practice (like all of them). I consistently have a hard time with the three-legged dog. I'm not sure if it's an issue of arm strength or tight hips or both. I'll keep working on it. Thank you, Kassandra!

I enjoy your videos. These have gotten me into the habit of doing stretching daily. As someone who has arthritis in her hands and nerve issues in my arm, I would love to see more videos that don’t require weight-bearing poses on my hands and arms. I still try to do your videos, but sometimes have to change the poses. I would love to have more videos where I didn’t have to modify or do different different poses than the ones you were leading.
