Thank you for this workout! I discovered you a couple of weeks ago and having been doing 3-4 of your ab workouts each week. I love the variety and how effective they are. I couldn't believe how hard that sitting and twisting one was! 😱It did not seem like it would be until I tried it. My goal is to be able to do sit-ups with you by next year - for now I just crunch while you keep going up. 🤣

I had no idea you have wrist free workouts. Yay! I also enjoy your lightweight arm workout but my Long COVID symptoms relapsed so can’t do weight for a while. Wrist free only for me for a while. Thank u for these challenging workouts but also gentle to my wrists.

Super abs workout. The hip dip to leg lift definitely the hardest move. Great workout to add to the abs routines ✔️💯.
