I have a question, my knee cap is off center from all the physical activities throughout my years. Do you think that yoga could realign my knee cap without having surgery?

I have been loving this challenge! I obviously need more work on flexibility. Balancing half moon and that last leg stacking was impossible for me. Any suggestions on how to get more flexible? I feel like I have failed now. #goodmorning

@@TammyStarforth no! Don't feel like a failure! You are awesome for trying! Half-moon is a super challenging pose. I like to use a block under my front hand. Just keep working on flexibility - you will get there!

Happy day everyone! Just before this practice I realized how my 1yo daughter’s humming is pure joy from her soul. I tuned into her light language and felt so at peace. Joy is our birthright! ❤️❤️

The last sitting pose was extremely tough for me. Other than that, the whole sequence of today was by far the best and my favorite of the entire series! Awesome flow and I am now fully awaken with a positive energy in my body👍👍thank you Kassandra! #GoodMorning

I found the half moon pose i think it was, tricky. Couldn't balance and not that flexible to be even able to get my legs like that yet!

I'm glad I'm not alone, I had difficulty with the shoelace at the end also. Got the leg part, but the fold is a different story.

me too.. my balance is very good, but I'm not at all flexible, so the shoelace thing at the end was an impossible task for me, especially with my dodgy knees..

#goodmorning. Great flow - I did it twice :) and found it easier the second time as my body was a bit more warmed up. My forward folds are hardly that so I really need to work on my flexibility esp in my hips. Perhaps that is because I have been a "runner" for 20+ years. Thank you for this great flow. Loved it.

When I have periods of travelling around I find I lose my focus and this quick daily yoga & affirmation is the routine I need to bring the focus back and to be able to look inward, in spite of the chaos around me. I think this 30 day routine was created more than 3 years ago but it’s remained a rock for me and I’m very grateful to Kassandra for creating it and all the others especially your even older yin & affirmations videos ❤ & 🕉

Really enjoyed the 10 min. yoga morning movement. Could we take it up a notch and do a 15/20 min. morning movement month long movement? If it was free, I'd totally want to share it with my friends and family. I appreciate the simplicity of the background, no music, easy explanations, mix of strength and stretch and not involving Hinduism, the simple affirmations are helpful. Thanks! You're helping me be healthier physically and in other ways too as it helps me not have brain fog and be in a better mood/state for my family. Doable as a homeschooling mom.

I've been doing this since day 1 and I was nervous when I saw the half moon pose and wasn't going to try it, but I thought whatever I might as well and I was so happy I was able to do it! It made me proud of the progress i've made. Thank you

Been doing this for 18 days and I just finished my first non-painful period in 4 years. I don't know if it's the yoga but it's the only thing that I have changed in my life since my last period, so I'm guessing it is!!! I suffer from terrible cramps that keep me in bed for a whole day and this time they were baby cramps and I was able to get on with my day normally (and without painkillers!)... I am so happy! :) :)

#GoodMorning Another good class. Still have balance issues early in the morning, but this class was great. My body feels cooler as it often does after these classes. A very nice feeling even in Winter.
