Hi Kassandra. Love the morning movement! Completed it several times now. Love how there is no decision making and that you get a great variety of moves. Would you consider doing a second 30 day challenge morning movement. Would love new sequences and moves in the 10 minute class all organized. Just a thought. I know you produce new classes all the time, but the 30 day challenge just works so well for many people, I'm sure. Have a great day!

#goodmorning I am going to have to do that arms over head while squeezing hands more often to strengthen my wrists because I definitely felt it.

leslieisepic hi Leslie...Kassandra has a wonderful Yoga for Wrists that I do each week. Amazing how tight the arms and wrists truly are when you try that class as well. If you do, hope you enjoy. It’s helped me soooo much

#GoodMorning I loved this practice! Unlike anyone’s I’ve ever seen on your channel. When we were in plank and you said to lift your right arm up for a side plank I did NOT think that was going to happen for me (I’ve had trouble in the past) but I did it on both sides without a hitch! Thanks so much for everything 😊

I thought I would hate this one based on the title, but after doing it it is one of my favorites!! I do not want to do arm strengthening first thing in the am, but I'd say it's more important core strengthening and like a warm up for your core and arms. It's not overly intense.

I first found Kassandra a several years ago whilst looking for a bedtime practice and I've been hopping in and out ever since, but never really left. These morning and evening challenges are great and rather than jumping from one to another for variety, I'm hooked on both. No need to go anywhere else. Even on these cold mornings, I've practiced every day. Thank you Kassandra for your perseverance, strength and what feels like a natural progression. Wishing you all the best.

This is the second (or third/) time that I’m part of the 30-day 10 min. Morning yoga movement. I’ve been doing Physical Therapy for my sciatica this past moth and I feel it’s always so one-sided. I started again to do your cleansing, whole-body approach right after PT. Your classes are so wonderful to begin the day. Thank you #GoodMorning

Just smashed day 17. My third attempt. I never made past day 7. Not looking back. God I feel good. It brings healing and life to all the things were hurting so bad a month ago. Brilliant
