I still am depressed. I live next to demons. I have to get out of here because my soul has been literally ripped from my body in the past year and 8 months. Everything gone. I need to go to the psychiatrist or some therapy because literally I live next to demons. But you are right as far as avoiding these yoga videos goes, it will draw you further down. These are amazing.

Me too, it’s wild. Since I started doing yoga I started keeping my house clean again, I’ve been eating better, and I started working out again. It’s wild how 10 minutes can change your day completely

I’ve probably recycled this movement 3-4 times with some of your other 10 min morning yoga practices in between. I never thought I’d appreciate yoga this much. When I started it was for a better mindset coming off of meditating to get a nice physical element to mental health as well. Now I enjoy it physically as much as mentally and I can control my breathing really well making it a fulfilling ritual in my mornings. Thank you so much! 🙏

I’ve been doing day 14&19 for two years and it really helps my back and hips. Never thought I would be doing yoga but it really helps. My sister does a yoga routine and I use to laugh not anymore, she was the smart one. Thanks for these two day exercises

Doing just these 10 minutes a morning yoga sessions w Kassandra has be life changing for me. Just committing to 10 minutes a morning for myself has helped me want to add one more thing for myself, then one more little thing to help improve my life. Also, it has helped me to feel less foggy headed and has given me more energy when I’d be dragging ass for half the morning, sometimes more. I truly believe it’s helping my nervous system adjust to the day. If you’re thinking about doing this please take it from someone who struggles with health issues and mental health. One seemingly small commitment has shifted life for me in a monumental way. Thank you Kassandra for putting in the work so we can benefit from it and improve ourselves.. then like a dominos affect in turn help others too. ❤

Your videos have been tho most relaxing helpful ones I’ve found yet . I often wake up with lower back , leg and foot pain and I suffer from plantar fasciitis . Doing these gentle yoga moves for each thing that ails me , lol , makes a world of difference on whether I start my day achy and stiff or loose and relaxed . The results are immediate. Thank you 🙏🏼

Kassandra, I needed this affirmation today. This is the second or third time I've worked my way through the 30 day morning yoga challenge, but today is my last day working for a church I love. I feel like I'm abandoning them to make a transition that is better for me. Being reminded that I am inherently worthy of love and respect, as is everyone else in the world, was something I needed to hear before seeing them.

I really love this routine❤, it targets several of my painful areas. I only wish that the movements were slowed down. By the time I get into the stretch really good she's already into the next one. As I was constantly tapping my screen this morning to pause like most mornings, I realized I should try it with changing the KZbin settings, and slow down the video. Maybe that'll be less stressful. Can't wait to see how that goes tomorrow morning 😊

That was perfect for today. I'm emptying trash, and since, I'm living in a community, the bags are really heavy, both trash and recycling. So I'll be using arms, chest and back today a lot. (Perhaps legs and hips too) So my upper body feels particularly elastic and relaxed today thanks to you and this class. My intention for today: Good enough! I am so prone to compare myself to the perfectionism of others in the community. I can't be like them nor do I need to. So good enough is enough.
