I tend to sleep badly and my upper body suffers from it, and i get this horrible feeling waking up and it ruins my day but this helped alot❤ gonna do this daily for sure

❤❤can’t thank you enough. I have gone through mild pcos and spondylitis. Ypur videos have helped a lot. Specially this one, daily 12 mins and I am good to work throughput the day with barely any pain now. 😊😊

Love this stretch! I tried it for the April 9th day on your calendar and may just add it to my daily use. I didn't realize how much tension I had in my neck and back until these stretches. Maybe doing these daily will help ease or get rid of it altogether!

Really feeling good after doing this...thank you so much for making this videos...actually I had a problem because of riding bike for a long time to my office and sitting for 8hrs in a same place...this exercise really helped me a lot...I am trying evry vdeo of urs...awesome feeling after doing it..thank you

Hey acharya... I practice yiga from u daily. I req u to pls increase the vol of your voice recording. When we do yoga fans are on and due to that we are unable to hear your voice properly.

Hello:) this is the right range on the volume :) more than this would have a bass which is unpleasant. If in India the fans would cancel the voice notes. Pls screen me on tv and boost the volume. Thank you:)
