Looking to work on those core muscles?! Well in this video we will be looking to focus on working on your abs and how you can do all of these exercises in your bed!
For those who struggle with flexibility this workout is great because you can literally do it in your bed!

I love that these workouts are less than 30 mins long. By the time I'm done combining and working out to multiple videos, I've exercised about 40 mins. Love it.

I think its all about getting up getting dressed and getting the workout EVERY MORNING even when its cold I love the different combinations, as it activates lazy muscles Im feeling the best I've ever felt My friend's are noticing the changes Thank You for being my inspiration every day, we get better In a few months im 60, i want to be the best, for myself One day at a time LoveLove Meredith🇿🇦❣️

I like this video that you’re doing with us on the second round with less explanation of the form and more focus on the workout itself. So I can just listen to your voice and follow the workout without looking at the video for the next movement.

I enjoy following your workout. This may be a stupid question but is it typical to feel like a tingling sensation in the entire back of legs to sacrum when doing leg raises as both legs are going up? There's no pain or numbness.

Happy to help. 🥰 Regarding your question, it’s pretty common to feel a tingling sensation during exercises like leg raises, especially if you're working muscles that aren’t used to it. As long as there’s no pain or numbness, it’s usually just your muscles waking up. If it keeps happening or feels off, it's a good idea to consult with your physician for personalized advice. Always listen to your body and modify the exercise if needed. Keep up the fantastic effort! 💪🌟

I think the meds I'm on make me gain weight mostly in my abs so I'm trying to tone back up. 10 days huh I will do this every day and we will see
