My husband and I are wanting to join the svelttraining but I want to know if it's safe for me. I have lower back issues where my SI goes out, I have been doing excersises for this though. Just concerned about spending the money and I'm not able to do it.

Hi there❤. As long as you feel comfortable and able. Any kind of activity is good for you and especially when it comes to working on every part of your body. I do suggest you take at least 1-2 rest days per week for your body to recover .
