What fun! Thanks for this. I got a short lunchtime workout in because of you guys. I'm a dancer and one thing I've learned about soreness is that I can prevent a lot of it if I stretch the muscle groups I've used AFTER I work them out. After I walk on the treadmill, for example, I stretch my hamstrings, simply by bending over with straight legs and hanging my torso (relaxed). I've also learned that as I age, the time between workouts (if I'm using heavy weights) is more important than when I was younger. Every other day for a muscle group is sometimes not enough time for recovery anymore. Looking forward to more workouts with you both!

Gentlman, I'm 6-weeks into recovery from a broken foot and sprained ankle. Had screw inserted, cast for 4-weeks, boot for 2-week. Wearing an ankle brace and will be starting rehab soon. Would working out on a stationary bike be helpful with my healing?

I have a question about pull up bar that has the elbow pads in the middle and i can hang from elbows and lower arms and bend my knees, which works my stomach/abs. I wondered if this is bad for your rotator. Cuffs and lower back?

Hey doctors, could you please make a video for the best position while studying for a long period of time (>20minutes), whether it's on the bed or on a chair, and the perfect chair for the back specially for those with herniated disc..

Thank you, I was going to redo weight training because some exercises were bad for shoulders and been doing them for most of my life. Nothing hurts me except lunges and squats. They seem like they wear out knees.

@BobandBrad Thankfully, I haven't got hurt from my shoulders since I was only lifting 10lbs. Thank you getting me off the path to a tear. My husband has had one shoulder surgery,a few years ago, and now he's getting the other one done next month. You are both so helpful and very funny. I loved the comment about the skeleton. I laughed so hard, I was crying.

As a personal trainer for beginners I wouldn’t have them squat with any sort of weight. This would allow them to put the hands out in front to be used as a counterbalance.. instead of forward lunges, step ups onto a staircase.. no leg flutters instead a supine table top breathing focusing on diaphragm breathing. Most people butcher the hip hinge and end up squatting so maybe a video showing the biomechanics of this would add value to your watchers..
