Josie thank you so much for being so kind and considerate of those of us who suffer from fibromyalgia knee problems and chronic auto immune pain. I love working out but have to be careful not to hurt myself in the process. Nevertheless this gentle exercise will be a awesome tool in helping me to be consistent in my movement during the times that I’m unable to do a regular exercise routine.
