My sister and I have been using your KZbin channel since January and we can both feel a difference in our health. Thank you! We were on vacation and missed doing these. Finally back today and realized how much we missed it. You are a wonderful teacher. I love the settings outside and even your home and puppy dog! Today’s was especially beautiful. Hi kseny, this was fantastic! You just get better and better. The balance movements always give me a hard time as I am doing qi gong with you at 0530 x 5 days a week. Am always a bit wobbly even though I try to get my body and mind to coordinate!🤣🤣have a great day!🙂jan

FHS! cut out the "bend the knees" instruction. It encourages poor posture and puts stress on the cruciate ligaments. "Relaxing the hip muscles slightly" achieves exactly the same movement with more effective and positive result.
