Hi Tim, yes, I'd love to see a series of short videos. These may perhaps not please your advanced followers but for us beginners with back problems, short and slow is very helpful because it takes several viewings to begin to complete the positions and changes well. Thanks!

Advanced or beginner, there is always a place for short classes. I love it for mornings when I needed a bit of extra sleep and am rushing to get ready for the office, but I want to fit in a quick session. I spent the weekend ice skating and cross country skiing and I feel like the Tin Man! I really needed this... thanks Tim

Tim, I'm relatively new to yoga. I've been recently diagnosed with two health conditions limiting my immune system. As a previous weightlifter I can no longer engage in that. Your videos are so beneficial and I look forward to new short flows and longer lessons.

Hi Tim, I definitely like the shot videos. Personally 20 minutes is the perfect length for what I can do as part of a morning routine. A five day series of 20 minute classes would be amazing - so that over the course of the week you could have done a bit of everything: core, hip openers, quads, etc.

Thanks Tim, been doing the 30 days for 4 years nearly now and just starting to feel like a yogi, doing the 7 day beginner course again at the moment and learning new stuff every day as your body develops the same course offers more depth as you can focus on the smaller aspects of your great coaching without hearing the noise of the body straining to cope any more with the postures- love your tips and insight- one day I'm coming over for a lesson at your club. Tim, this was perfect for me. I knew I needed some yoga time this morning, and a 30-minute call got canceled giving me just enough time to jump in and get that fix. Maybe 20 minutes is a good sweet spot-even incorporating some poses that require more strength or build heat in addition to stretches. Namasté :)

YES PLEASE to more shorter morning flows. I had a hard time with the 30 day challenge, partially because I'm slow in the morning and end up running too late to do a 30 minute + routine, but more importantly as the 30 day challenge began to up the anti, I found them too strenuous to do for 30 minutes, and didn't want to loose my muscle condition by taking a recovery break. That said I love your stretches, as they're not the same old same old, and they go at a good pace for really feeling what's going on, and sometimes pausing to re-work the sticker side or spend a few extra beats where needed.

Great short flow. Thank you Tim! It left me wanting more...lol. Perhaps a few 15 min flows as well as all your other 30 minute flows. I recently had a nasty fall on both knees - slightly tearing right & left knee meniscus. Do you have any suggestions for maintaining my knee strength without risking tearing them further? I go to physical therapy twice a week, which will end soon and I don't want to let these torn meniscuses take me down or have surgery. I believe with good body maintenance and diet I can heal much better on my own. ✌💖Namaste🧘🏻♀

Thank you Tim! I really like having the variety of length in classes. Some mornings I have time for 30 minutes, other times, not so much. I really loved the nightime one from a long time ago.

To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 10, 15, and 20 minute videos available.😉

In your Google search bar type in kzbin.infovideos On the opening page - under the red SUBSCRIBE button - there is a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 15 minute and 20 minute videos available.😉
