Amazing abs workout! so effective and definitely felt the burn! (bit of strain on neck though) If it wasn't for self isolating, I would have never discovered you! Thank you for your amazing workouts

I love this one and I've been doing it once a week. It would be nice with the exact same layout but with other exercises for some variation. Keep up the good work!

Why does my neck hurts more than more core. Especially during the ankle stretch. Am I doing something wrong.

Cos you have to work with your abs muscles, not your neck

Awesome, I was doing leg crutches got to my second set of 20 and got bad ab cramps prior to finding this video. I did all the exercises here from start to finish, no cramps 👍🏾

Great way to fire up the abs, I love the 4 repeats over a short time, works really and as it's only 10 minutes and going so fast I didn't have time to dread the next one. Thank you so much for all your amazing workouts!

Hi I'm 62 and diabetic.started your ab workouts recently and hoping to get a flat tummy which is presently protruding at the center, 35 inches at the belly button. Sides have reduced a lot. Any recommendation dear? Otherwise I'm on low carb diet. Thanks!

I know the last set may be difficult but here a few tip:) 4 round -10 time Rest 15-20 sec Make sure you sretch your lower stomach :)

Hey..i like that you just did the work out and didn't talk through the whole thing..its my favorite for that one reason....i didnt get much of a resistance w the last type of frogy crunch..or which ever its called.....but it was realy nice to just get to the excersise.i just had a baby a month ago and my tum y is mush.....my body still gets sore from any excersise...i want to get rid of the faty tumy asap..

I've use to workout with many fitness trainer on KZbin but I think u are the best cus u just focus on the reason' why u're doing the videos. Not talking too much n selling clothes like others. Ur workout are very complete and effective. Keep it that way. I like u Mrs robertson.
