Awesome, I was doing leg crutches got to my second set of 20 and got bad ab cramps prior to finding this video. I did all the exercises here from start to finish, no cramps 👍🏾

I know the last set may be difficult but here a few tip:) 4 round -10 time Rest 15-20 sec Make sure you sretch your lower stomach :)

Hey..i like that you just did the work out and didn't talk through the whole thing..its my favorite for that one reason....i didnt get much of a resistance w the last type of frogy crunch..or which ever its called.....but it was realy nice to just get to the excersise.i just had a baby a month ago and my tum y is mush.....my body still gets sore from any excersise...i want to get rid of the faty tumy asap..
