Thank you Dr. Ennis! In the first exercises with band, I really feel the work in my hips. I have osteoporosis in my left hip and these movements feel like great strengthening. Do you have other lower body band exercise routines?

Dr. Ennis is LMNT ok for someone with high blood pressure? I follow the DASH diet and only get 2500 mil of sodium a day

Any vids on men reducing love handles would be appreciated. Ok with age everything heads south. But just a little tighter. I plank every day. Among a few other exercises. But your magic touch would be great.
