this is a great little workout. I wasn’t puffing but the heart rate did elevate, so that’s good. I went through it twice so this will be a great little 20 min workout at sometime through my day especially on rainy days when i can’t get outside for a walk.

Great routine, touching so many muscles. Still wondering whether this is really HIIT (on/off so hard you cannot talk at all, pushing HR up to 85-90% max). I liked very much doing this for mobility, balance, strength, but I think it should be called rather "fully body workout" instead of HIIT. Very few people are able to do HIIT intervals using their upper body, as it does not involve enough muscles to really push up your HR (personally I already struggle to do it on a bike, not to speak of swimming).

Thanks! This was designed for beginners so these are actually usually enough to bring the heart rate up pretty high! The goal was to give exercises for beginners that could do this without feeling like dying:) For those brand new to exercise or recovering, daily chores can be intense so these exercises are designed for that:)
