Oh my days! The first time that I did this workout I obviously, didn't do it correctly. I thought I'd do your 7 minute abs followed by your 10 minute glutes and dumbells workout then as a finale this. I am in agony. Thanks again body coach awesome.

Hi Mr. Body Coach. This work out is great and it made me exhausted (I mean it!). Thanks for this. It is really helping me in these COVID-19 days where I cannot go out for jog or to gym for other exercises.

I can tell when he was doing this workout he had a left leg injury. That's where all the moans were coming from. If you watch at the beginning of the video he's trying to shake it off, but continues! Great job in persevering though 👍🏻

Is this just as good to do instead of HIIT ?
@matthewhopkins2717 жыл бұрын
This is HIIT, just a different style of it (tabata). HIIT is any workout with short, intense burst of excercise, short break, short intense excercise, short break, repeat - hence the name High Intensity Interval Training. So, in short: yes, Because it is HIIT.

Not sure 'intense' is the word I'd use to describe it but it was a nice warm up. Perhaps 40 secs on 10 secs off then it'd be a challenge. Would love to see some advanced videos than all for beginners

According to Dr Tabata. These workouts are more for Olympic level endurance training. You are supposed to be hitting 170% of your V02 max by which time you should be vomiting
@venkatasrikanth2454 жыл бұрын
