October 15, 2024: Great session! I added a 10-lb weighted vest and 5-lb ankle weights for an extra challenge. Saving to my standing ab workout playlist! 💪🏽

Good morning workout to get cobwebs out of brain. A bit too much talking though, if you do the workout repeatedly you don’t want to hear the same conversation over and over. 😊
