@@qigongwithkseny Hi! I'm in a ballet company that is volunteer based and made up to adult dancer both amateur and advanced dancers. So I don't do it professionally but I dance and perform. We have a performance coming up in 2 weeks. Always begin my long ballet days with your classes (or end my days with your class). :)

I look at my grandparents (they’re in their 80s) and they have so much pain everywhere! Doctors say it’s because of their age, but then i read about very old people, especially in China or Japan, who are in great shape, with no joint pain, who still exercise… i often wonder if Qi Gong could help me age better, help me getting old in a better shape… at least I hope so! 😅 So thank you Kseny!!

@@qigongwithkseny I've been doing BurpeeGirl walking workouts, except I jog instead of walk. But her cooldown segments are really repetitive and not that great, so I skip them and do qigong instead 😆
