Kseny just want to say hello from USA, South Carolina. I found you when I was recovering from ankle surgery inJanuary and needed some seated QiGong while non-weight-bearing. I have done this routine several times but today is the first time i noticed something you said, Taking the time is just as important as doing the exercise. I start by closing the door and lighting a candle. It reminds me that this is my time. thanks!

Why did no one speak about the Qigong Deviation? It is a dangerous side effect that can make you sick. It occurs with a variety of serious negative physiological or psychological changes & symptoms. I just found out today. I felt great after 3 sessions but then anxiety, fear, and panic attacks occurred out of nowhere. The teacher knows how it works for her but what about our healing? Can you please comment and advise on how to fix the deviation and enter Zen again? An important piece of information is missing and I would appreciate your help 🙏
