@@ExtremeFitnessPro what I appreciate most about your video is that there is no talking, the music intuitively let’s you know when the pose will change, and that it’s not very long. If you make more videos with those three elements, you’re golden! One thing I hate about other fitness videos is the excessive amount of talking, asking for like and subscribe, and too much explaining-just do it like Extreme Fitness Pro! Keep it simple!

Stephanie Cutler can you girls explain what is blogilates? thank you
@theladyscuttle10 жыл бұрын
jason anchahua Sure. Blogilates is a site started by someone named Cassey Ho. She sets up a monthly workout calendar for you to follow with a certain type and amount of videos lined up each day in a row on the page of that date. Each day focuses on a different part of your body with some cardio added as well. It's mostly Pilates based. Those of us involved with it rave about it as you can tell. It makes things fool proof as long as you have to the willingness to start working out. It's also free, which is awesome. It's definitely the first regime I've followed for months and it has really done wonders for mind, body, and soul! It also has a social networking site where those of us involved support one another and it's a really positive place to find other people like yourself. I call it my AA of fitness. It's a female dominated program. I haven't seen any guys apart of it, but hey... you never know! Boom!

This video is great for stretching mindfully. The yogi doesn’t speak. You only hear the music and your breathing. To be mindful means to be aware without passing judgment on the moment. Take deeper breathes. Break from your practice only to improve your position. And listen to the birds and your breath. You’ll notice it didn’t feel like 9 minutes. If you can acquire in that time a place of peace and connectivity with your body. Thank you for the morning stretch. You’ve made it into my morning routine!

Good video... However. I am going to recommend doing everything in this video except the final 360 neck stretch. I told my chiropractor I do neck stretches, and when I showed her that she literally jumped out of her chair (she's very animated, obviously). She made me promise to never do it again. She said turning side to side, back to front, no issues. But apparently our necks aren't meant to perform that circular motion.

Thank you for naming the stretches after what they do - lots of people name them things like the butterfly stretch and the upright dog (both of which, if taken literally sound like forms of animal cruelty) - this way I can look up alternatives for things that don't work with my body structure. (Body structure varies way more than you might think - try sitting with your legs straight in front of you, and push your hands down into the ground beside you. My brother's arms are long enough that this lifts his butt up off the floor; I can do the same thing and remain firmly in contact with the ground.)

*CONOR McGLORIOUS*, me too, until I watched some other videos here on youtube that lift me confused..
@cobaltstar139898 жыл бұрын
You need to get your body warm to static stretch... Otherwise it's easy to pull something if you stretch too much. Do some jumping jacks before starting or something to warm up your bidy

Love this. Stretching is quiet time for me before and after working out, so this lady does it for me.

Best stretching routine I have encountered! Would you please add a voice over as to help us remember the sequence and timing? Thank you.

Wonderful video. Jesus THANK YOU. This is perfect. I've been sitting in the same position for longer than I would like to say. I feel infinitely better. Especially those butt stretches. Did them like 5 times.

I wish people would find videos that are fit for them instead of moaning about how there aren't any verbal instructions. Search for videos amongst the thousands on KZbin that do provide you with what you want. I for one LOVE that there aren't any verbal instructions so that I can focus on my breath and the stretches. It's so relaxing with the music as well. Tip: Before actually doing the routine, watch the video a couple of times. Begin routine and carefully perform each move following her. Pause in between if you need to. She TRANSITIONS into each move seamlessly, so it makes it quite easy to remember. By doing this simple routine a few times, you will have mastered it and can do this with your eyes closed as you melt away with the sound of wind and waves crashing.

What I hate the most about this is that she's smiling the entire video while I'm making horrible pain faces.

It looks like a great stretching workout but it would be helpful to have some verbal cues about what stretch is next and how long to hold it. I was trying to watch the computer for the cues and it was bothering my neck.

Thank you!! Thank you!! THIS stretching is the BEST I have seen on KZbin. Everything is perfect in this video. I should do it EVERY DAY .. It 's a a joy to see your smiling face... now I also smile because it is not difficult anymore. May 22, 2017
